i had never been to a Dickey’s! This place was a very pleasant surprise! Excellent service! Excellent food! A friend and I ordered lots of food and enjoyed it all! I am 71 years old and I was eating like a hungry teenager! Whenever I am in town for shopping now I know where to eat! Thank you a really great meal!

This was a to go order. Food was bland. Small meat portions for the three piece meat meal. They were also out of mac n cheese. (This was at 1pm) and they also forgot to give us our BBQ sauces (we didn’t noticed til we were home.) Disappointed.

I placed an online order to pick up at a specific time. When I arrived at that time, the food was not ready, and the staff continued to help customers that were coming in after me and failed acknowledge my existence. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me any proof that I would be getting the refund but stated it would take six business days for me to get my money back. Staff was very rude and unprofessional.

I been driving by this place. Been on my list to try. Food was good. But customer service needs a little cheer up, it’s work. Most employees don’t understand that you walked thru the door asking for a job to pay bills or whatever you need money for. So cheer up!

The employees are super nice. Food was hot and delicious. I got the two meat plate and it was a lot of food. I really enjoyed the sweet tea. Will definitely be back.

Placed a take out order at 6:35 pm, and received a call stated they were out of brisket and only pulled pork, no sweet tea. Not a problem and substituted those out with options, However when I got to the restaurant to pick up my mobile order they stated they did not make our order and they are sold out of everything, after receiving a phone call they could. Poor communication with this restaurant, even a second phone call or heads up would’ve been nice!

We have tried online ordering from here twice now. Both times were called and explained that they did not have what we ordered (Which is fine). We were told we would be given a refund for what we paid. When that did not happen, I have sent multiple Emails and calls reaching out. I have never received a call back or an email in response.
The first order we paid $30 to the restaurant and in the second order, we paid $20. We will never be back considering the circumstances. I warn people, if you plan on online ordering, be prepared to lose your hard earned money. This establishment has been impossible to get ahold of and lacks the professionalism of doing what’s right.

The food was dry and the portions were not as advertised. I basically just ordered bread with a dash of meat.
The service wasn’t so great either, like it was a bother that we came in to try something new.
The price was ridiculously high for the amount of bread we received.
Honestly, go to any other BBQ place, you’ll be wasting your money at Dickey’s. 0 outta 10.

This places food is not very good. I ordered ribs and wings. The ribs were dry and there was no rub or seasoning. They didn’t even offer bbq sauce. They wings were over cook dry and tough to eat but and least they had some flavor. The wings were so tiny. I swear they were like 3 pennies a cross and one pennie width. The people are nice and courteous. I definitely won’t be back
