We came in expecting the chaos and quality of a fast food restaurant similar to that of panda express. Instead, we were met with the kind and patient Sledge. He took the time to explain the menu and the alterations we could make. Our meal came out surprisingly quick, especially considering the size. The chicken is crispy, the rice was moist, and the mini donuts were delightful. On top of that Sledge personally gave us the cutest decorated fortune cookies. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice meal and atmosphere

Had lunch midweek. I was craving some orange chicken. I have t been to a Pei Wei in years. Location is just off 75 and El Dorado. Inside it’s a little dated but clean. You order at counter and they bring you your meal. It only took a few minutes as it was petty empty. The orange chicken was tasty. They are known for this dish. Pieces were a little small. The brown rice was ok. It’s nothing special. The overall size for lunch was adequate. They have soy sauce, sriracha, and chili paste available to enhance your meal. Overall, Pei Wei fills a need. It wouldn’t be my go to for Asian food.

Lettuce was brown. Told I had to come in to get a refund. No offer to credit back the cc or mail a gc to me. Not driving 20mins to get $10 back. Contacted them via their contact page and nothing. They asked a follow up question, then went awol.

Had lunch with my mom and sister and Sledge the manager took excellent care of us! The food was hot and delicious. Sledge came over numerous times to check on us and see if we needed anything and brought us a fortune cookie! It was such a pleasure to see a manager who took such pride in his work and his service and employees! Highly recommend this establishment.

The service was super attentive, we ordered the pumpkin spiced donuts, the teriyaki bowl, chicken lettuce wraps, pot stickers and eggs rolls. Yum! Everything was cooked for us on ordering and brought out to us. After we were finished we had someone come over and give us boxes and clear our table. Delightful overall and clean in the restaurant.

Its both awful and amazing. The food you get heavily relies on the cooks on shift. Sometimes its perfectly sauced, cooked and absolutely heaven. Other times its like this, bland sauceless and lacking any flavor with overcooked mushy noodles.
Two stars for now given its like gambling every order but an easy 5 stars if i at least get sauce 90% of the time

Pei Wei is one of my absolute go-to spots. I always get the orange chicken with fried rice — I also love the honey seared chicken with noodles, and the crab rangoons are a must every time. Everything tastes made-to-order and never disappointing. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, which makes it even better.

I went to this restaurant for the first time today, The restaurant was clean, waitress that waited on me was very nice and very attentive however, I took my order to go.Once I made it to my destination, I realize that my order was a little off. So I called and I spoke with the general manager Abby and she went above and beyond to make sure that my first time experience there was a great one. Thank you, Abby for making my experience awesome!!
