I ordered via Uber during a heavy snowstorm.
When the ramen arrived, it had clearly been made over an hour earlier and was handed to me without a single word.
I made a very reasonable request: “Could you please remake it?”
That request was flatly refused, with no alternative offered — no remake, no replacement, no apology.
The price was nearly ¥8,000, yet all responsibility was pushed onto Uber.
The ramen was cold, the noodles had an unpleasant texture, and the taste was honestly awful. I later had stomach issues after eating it.
I understand the weather was bad, and I truly appreciate anyone who cooks during a snowstorm.
But serving food in this condition, refusing a remake, and offering no solution is unacceptable.
I will never order from this restaurant again.

Small and sweet dining area but the food is excellent. Loved their Spicy Naruto Roll which is a no-rice sushi. Also tried their green curry ramen, I liked the coconut curry ramen soup

Not often one gives five stars but Koharu Sushi & Ramen is worthy of this rating. Family of 4 had an early dinner, and the food was exceptional, fresh and delicious. Garlic broccoli and scallion pancakes as appetizers and three orders of ramen and one order of stir fried noodles as main courses. The cost before tip was $65. Decent prices and excellent cuisine are what define Koharu Sushi & Ramen.

Really great local late night sushu and ramen spot. Service was quick and food was delicious. I prefer having the sushi items for dine in as it wasnt as tasty when doing take out (still great tho, just my preference).
The thai red ramen was amazing and so was the crisp crab and rock shrimp. Open until 1am as well.

Truly the best sushi in the area at its price point but also in general – I’m a big fan of omakase and higher-end sushi experiences but Koharu is my go-to spot when I’m wanting something delicious and affordable. Highly recommend the Black Dragon roll!

I can review only the delivery food, but it was remarkably bad. Poorly constructed rolls that fell apart quickly, and second-rate fish. The salmon rolls had globs of fat (or something else?), and the tuna was gray. I didn’t even bother eating it.
