This place is your neighborhood, friendly seafood and oyster bar!
Great feel, great service, quality food and overall comfortable.
The charbroiled oysters are charred, buttery, garlic-cheesy goodness, if you are into that sort of thing.
Good apps, gumbo, fishes and steaks.
Good bar scene. Good drinks and cocktails. All of the usual and many specials.
Also, the parking lot may feel crowded but usually there is no or a short wait.
It’s worth a visit!

We have been to this location many times in the past. Our visit yesterday was not one of our better ones. My husband had a cup of the seafood bisque. It was very watery. The manager came over and replaced the bisque and removed it from our bill, but it just was not as good as in the past. I had the fried oysters. The oysters were of decent size however, they had a strange flavor. In my opinion the $60 bill plus tip was not worth the price.

My husband and I heard our friends raving about this Restaurant, so we had to try it! We had The Smoked Yellowfin Tuna Dip and The Charbroiled Oysters, They were amazing! Then we had a dozen Oysters Orleans, I forgot to take a photo and they were absolutely, freaking delicious! I can’t wait to come back! A new favorite for us!

The first time I went to the restaurant at the Madison location was on my birthday. The service was good, they brought me the correct order, and the server was great.
The second time I visited the Madison location, I ordered a half dozen oysters and voodoo wings. I found a strand of hair in my voodoo wings, and I haven’t been back to that location in a while.
The third time I went back, it had been a while since my last visit, but I wanted to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. When I arrived, the server named Sadie R took my order after I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I waited at the end of the bar near the kitchen, where the staff brings out food. The server saw me waiting, as she walked in and out of the kitchen several times, so I assumed she would bring my food to me when it was ready, and I would pay then. I waited about 20 to 25 minutes. Eventually, the bartender had to check if my food was ready because he noticed I had been waiting a long time. My food had already come out, but the server never said anything. She came out with an excuse, saying she hadn’t seen me at the bar, but I know she walked right past me without saying anything. I went over to pay, but I didn’t realize until I got home that my order was wrong. I had asked for voodoo wings, as shown in the picture I gave the server, but I received shrimp instead, with no ranch on the side.

We have passed by many evenings and it’s always packed and a long wait(a good sign). My husband and I happened to both be off today and got to have lunch! We were greeted immediately by a super polite and nice young lady. Our server was exceptional! He kept our drinks filled and the food was brought out promptly. We both had the pasta lunch portions.( blackened chicken Alfredo and he had the seafood pasta) We both had the sweet potato crème brûlée as our side. All of it was delicious! The establishment was clean and service was great. We will definitely visit again!

Drinks were tasty. Boudin balls were awesome! I had the seafood stuffed portobellos- YUM. Obv the fried shrimp was great and the Cajun mashed potatoes were good. The white chocolate cheese cake was the best I’ve ever had. The raspberry drizzle and foam were amazing!

Great restaurant! I enjoyed all the different kinds of oysters, especially the secret “Mario” oyster. I got the red fish which was flavorful, served is a load of butter. The broccoli was randomly the best I have ever had. I think they cooked it in straight butter! Deserts were wonderful too, including the fosters cheesecake. Excellent service to boost… would come back next time I’m in town.

An excellent seafood restaurant! It’s very good! I had lunch here three times and dinner and loved it every time! Great staff and service. Bartender helped me find a great menu item the first day. Have had two different fish lunches and both rocked! The red fish Orleans style and grilled mahi were excellent! I loved the asparagus with extra cheesy butter sauce on top. Wow! The bar bourbon selection is great too if you like bourbons. The mahi savannah style is so creamy and delicious! See pics. Also, be sure!! You get the royal reds. Boiled Shrimp in Orleans sauce. They are a delight.

My first time here and my experience was immaculate! Everything was 10/10 from service to food. I had the redfish Orleans and chefs special charbroiled oysters. Mid-range pricing and it is obvious this restaurant cares for the customer’s experience. High quality food and I will surely be returning to try more items

Appetizers were awesome. The voodoo shrimp was a great flavor! Crab claws were fried perfectly! Oyster sampler was amazing.
Shrimp and grits could use a lot of work!

Server just made the experience or so great. We ordered another oyster sampler but we never got. He run our food up on the wrong table so they took a few times they the other table. He didn’t come back and check on us when we really needed things like silverware, sauce, drinks, the rest of our meal!!
I would say just drive a little more and go to the other location!!
