I have been in here a few times, 1st most of the employees have a decent attitude, they are helpful, I said most, not all.. some need to quit working here because understanding what customer service is, is completely not for them. This store could be so much better, the products are good……
BUT to the management, you are absolutely horrible, you have no business running a store, ever. If you dare try to put any effort in defending your leadership it should be put into learning how to run a store, your self check out is absolutely the worst in any store ever. Almost every negative comment on here talks about that, but yet you do nothing to fix it, the employees trying to keep your lines moving are taking the blunt of your failure. No management could be seen or trying to fix the problem but yet people backed up forever, manager, apparently you don’t know what that means, this is a continuous problem in this store so that is a management problem not employee problem. Since you want to have self checkout, then fix them, every single time it’s the same thing. Get more people at the registers and assisting at the self checkout, management positions should be taken seriously, whoever you are, you have failed and before you say, why haven’t I spoke with you about this, well I tried, twice, no one could find you. Like I said from the other comments you don’t care anyway

Great service! Meat selection is limited, but they know how to slice it nice & thin! The fried chicken is amazing & on Friday the catfish flies out of there!!
