One person works as 5 others stand and talk. It was only 1pm and the whole kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. On top of all that, I find PLASTIC in my burrito. This place needs a visit from a health inspector.

The worst Chipolet I have ever been to. They give half portions then when you ask for more the look at you like your horrible for asking. They charge .75 per for extra for extra corn and pico. There is one right up the road in Superior on Colton which would be worth the drive. This all starts with management and looking at the reviews this has been going on as they are aware of the poor service, horrible service and being rushed in line. This manager may be saving a few dollars but you’re losing a lot more by not addressing these issues. I have a family of 6 who love Chipolet and they will not go here anymore!!!

ordered delivery; chips and drinks missing from both kids’ build your own tacos, as well as the meat from one of them. Online reporting system, calling the store, and chatbot all failed at redressing grievances. Online kept timing out and resetting. Calling the store the helpful lady with very difficult name hung up on us after about 2 minutes. Chatbot just didn’t work at all messages didn’t go through. Really can’t emphasize how dissatisfied we were with this experience from this chipotle and caution others about this location. Update: filed order complaint through instacart, got 2$ uber eats credit so 1 kids entree 2 chips and 2 juices doesn’t meet refund criteria… won’t be using any of these services in the future and do hope your kids get the food they need whoever you decide to go with

Good old reliable, I can’t think of another genuine “Fast food” place that can match chipotle when it comes to both quality and reliability. This specific location I have never had any issues with, just wish they gave me more corn 🙂

During my recent visits to this location, I have noticed a consistent issue with portion sizes being excessively small. On my latest visit, I requested carne asada, but the tray was almost empty, and the employee provided a minimal serving without offering to wait for additional servings. Given the premium pricing of $50 at Chipotle, I expect a more positive and welcoming experience. Please take necessary steps to address this issue and improve your service.

I’m going to start by saying the staff was so lovely!
But the food was rough..my rice was way undercooked and the beans were weird. Not to mention all of the food poisoning symptoms I got about six hours after eating my dinner.
Bummer because it’s so close to work and easy to snag on the way home. But I don’t want to snag any more food poisoning, that was so much less fun that you could imagine.
Also a bummer because I reached out to corporate and nothing. But you can’t be making people sick, that’s just not a thing.

They need a refresher on cleanliness protocol, I saw a worker cough on her gloved hand and continue to make burritos and another girl was working the register and making food with the same gloves
