Of course my burger tasted like they dumped a whole bottle of pepper on it. Pretty much Un edible. No silverware for the Chili cheese, dog and Chili cheese tots. The soda had so much ice there was only about 4 small sips of soda in the cup. Definitely had better service and food from this location. Where did the other employees go because the ones working when I made this visit definitely ruined our dinner.

Overall this place is great. But the only thing that bothers me is when they won’t change out a girls toys to boys. Sometimes they do. But on one of my visits, they promised me that these unicorn toys were unisex and refused to change them. Toys are hit or miss.

This Sonic has gone downhill hard. I moved here three years ago and this place was good. I ate shakes here and sometimes lunch or dinner. However, since about Summer of last year the quality has greatly declined. For example, today I bought mozz sticks and chicken tenders. Overall it cost me over $11, which is insane. They brought the food out to me in under 5 minutes which is nice except the food wasn’t. My tenders are barely bigger than the sauce pack (one of which was cut into and unusable). These cost me nearly $5.50 and my mozz sticks are all cold and old (costing nearly the same as the tenders).
I will not be eating here anymore. I don’t think that anyone who has any power there actually cares.

Visited Monday 5/26 about 11 AM. Service was great. Dude that took our order was super polite and attentive. So was our server. Aside from that, worst Sonic I’ve ever had, and I generally love Sonic food . Tots were so old you could break a tooth on them. Burger tasted foul, almost like it was old or improperly handled. Wouldn’t have eaten it but I was treated and didn’t want to complain. Father in law threw half his burger away even though he was starving after his stay in the nursing home for physical therapy. Seems like someone is neglecting to monitor food quality at this location. Glad I didn’t get sick. Would avoid and just go to Dairy Dip down the road when in Dover looking for a burger.

Steve needs a promotion raise something!! He was super respectful, offered to throw our trash away and brought our dog a pup cup! Food was amazing too!
