I have been here a few times, and we always enjoy it. The food has been hot and fresh, the ice cream delicious, and the service friendly. My kids especially like the houseplants in the winter. It’s like being at a greenhouse while eating delicious treats!

Called on a Saturday night at 8:22pm to ask how to get there with the construction going on. The girl who answered said “are you coming tonight because we are closed”. The website said 9pm and then she said “we sometimes close early on weekends. Or when there is construction or bad weather. So we are closed at 8:30.” Well, it wasn’t 8:30 when I called and I was about 1 minute from that location so they just lost out on money and a customer. I frequent that DQ and will not be back. Sounds like the employees just didn’t want to work so they decided to close early.

Been a customer for years and always ordered a “large” swirl cone in a cup and I always got a “large” cup with a swirl cone tipped over in it “to the rim.” Today ordered one and I can a “large” swirl cone in a cup and was given a “small” cup not even to the rim. The worker claimed to be the manager and said it’s always been like that.
She interrupted me when I was explaining my question and was like talking to a brick wall.
Most likely going to go to the one on the east end or to Zesto for now on.

They make my meals just right and the best part is all the love they put inside them. Not like the other fast food places in town, this crew is managed by an outstanding employer who leads by example and excels at the ability to be firm yet fair 🙂 you’ll see by the smiles on their faces when you walk in dq is the place to be.

Great place to stop off and grab a treat. Wait times aren’t usually very long. Staff is always very friendly. Definitely bring a jacket it’s like a freezer in the building.

I love getting a smoothie and one of their new blizzards. People are nice. Wish the drive through was alittle wider, kinda hard to turn the corner from menu to the window with suv or bigger vehicles. Been like that for many years though.
