I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The staff member who said she is manager and on duty was rude, gave us attitude, and refused to take our order. Instead of apologizing or addressing the situation, she flat out refused to serve us. I understand everyone may have bad days, but even then, staff need to handle customers professionally. If there are personal issues, it’s still important to treat customers with respect and answer questions courteously. This was unacceptable.

The two managers of this restaurant are young women with terrible attitudes. They disrespected me and gave my food to someone else because I mistakenly said my order was for takeout. They used foul language and insulted me. They also turned off the screen so you couldn’t see your order. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Don’t waste your money in a place where they’ll insult you for ordering. They’re slow and make you wait too long, and if you ask questions, they insult you. I certainly won’t be returning. Wendy’s is right next door, and I’ll buy food there instead.

Every time I decide to go here I have a feeling of trepidation. The place is always clean. Usually there’s not a long wait. The staff is generally good to deal with but the temperature of the food is always a crapshoot. After paying $7 or $8 for a TEPID Burger, the meal is ruined. Take a look at the photos of the Bacon garlic king, 1st of all that meat doesn’t look like it’s grilled, it looks POACHED & the cheese is not melted #TEPID as well as the poor pathetic undercooked bacon. the fries were room temperature at best and the onion Rings were as hard as sheet rock. I usually have no problem with breakfast. My double sausage biscuit was great as well as the hash Browns. Yesterday I got the 2 for $5. The Fish sandwich as well as a big big king were perfect and piping hot. One time I went there and asked for Mozz sticks. I specifically said if they’re not fresh I don’t mind waiting for new ones to come out. When I got my Mozzarella sticks they were hard and cold. I guess the big question you would be asking me is why do I even go back to this place? Well, I pass the area a lot, especially when I’m in a hurry. And they have KILLER COUPONS that come in the mail as well as the app. Inconsistent quality and temperature have me giving this place a thumbs down 50% of the time. Worst BK in the area.

Visited today (12/18/2025) around 1:15 PM. Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich combo, 2 Jr Whoppers, and onion rings – over $38. Waited 45 minutes. The Jr Whoppers were disgusting: looked stepped on, old wilted lettuce that appeared moldy, and poorly wrapped.
Went back for a refund. Manager Rosemary (or Roxmery – she mumbled it and refused to let me write it down) rolled her eyes, snatched my receipt, and demanded I return ALL food for any refund (“all or nothing”). When I asked for my receipt back to contact corporate, she refused and loudly called me a “fatass” in front of other customers, saying my “fatass doesn’t need the receipt.”
Left with no food, no money, no receipt. Pure humiliation, hostility, and body-shaming from the manager. Called the franchise office – got excuses and accusations instead of help.
As a long-time BK customer and HR professional, this was discriminatory, harassing, and unacceptable. Will never return to any Burger King. Corporate needs to train or fire this manager immediately. Avoid this location.

This Burger King is a tale of two entities. For breakfast and lunch, the counter people are always very pleasant and accommodating, as well as attentive. For the dinner time, it’s quite a different story, as there is a definite slant of the working staff towards the drive thru customers rather than the inside patrons. This shows, as in the several times I’ve been there during supper, even at 6pm, the place is nearly deserted. A real shame.

Clean plenty places to sit and plenty of parking. Food and coffee were as expected. We passed several Dunkin’ donuts in Starbucks on our way which both have better coffee. But we got paid to eat here so we chose it over other options.
Women’s room was nice and spacious. Clean plenty of soap. There was no toilet paper in my stall which put me in a bit of an emergency situation. But my husband is awesome and he took some toilet paper from the men’s room and snuck into the women’s room to bring it to me. Crisis averted lol.
I would pee here again but I would check for toilet paper first.
