My husband and I got two different flavored lattes and they both tasted the same with no flavor whatsoever. I’m not sure if the oatmilk was too overpowering or the coffee was burnt as well, but they were so bad. This was our first time here, but we won’t be back to this one. Five Lakes is much better.

Coffee cups are never filled all the way and with the price of these drinks you would think you would at least get a full cup. The coffee lately has been burned every time I visit too. I usually go everyday and buy a minimum of 2 cups and I don’t think I will be back. And we got a coupon on black Friday with an expiration date of 12/12 and the batista would not accept it saying they were only allowed to take them on black friday.. what is the point of passing them out after someone orders and not be able to use them?

I stopped coming though around the beginning of the year and started coming back just recently, great new crew and new manager who seemed to be having the joint back up and running. Very great coffee this day ladies keep up the good work. Will be coming though more often

I ordered two bagels and both were missing something I paid for. Its always a hit or miss here. The latte i got was a speciality one and tasted like a regular latte with no flavoring.

Never open at 5am on Thursdays or Fridays! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Went in on a Thursday morning before work at 5am, waited 20 mins for them to open before I left, called the store and left a voicemail. A person, claiming to be the owner, called me back later that day to explain everything. She then asks me to come back in the next day at 5am when they open because she would be there and guaranteed i would get coffee. Showed up the next day at 5am only to be greeted by the owner saying “im sorry but we wont be open right away, my staff isnt here”. I leave and head to the BP gas station right up the road to get coffee. When leaving BP, i looked down at biggby only to see there open sign on. I wouldnt be complaining on here if i wasnt an everyday customer. If I could leave a 0 star i would.

First off the workers dont make my coffee right bro couldn’t even make my coconut coffee right. Second they open late and close WAY early. It closes at 8 and THE WORKERS just close it at 7 when we drove by the window after waiting for like 5 minutes they were just standing there talking to each other. I love biggby but this one is not it❌

I used to go here ALL the time & stopped because of the poor service. Decided to give them another try this a.m. , after waiting for a very long time for the just one vehicle in front of me with a small order i finally pull forward to wait. Finally get half my order ..wait for the 2nd sandwich I ordered to be made..only to get home to find it didn’t have anything on it. I guess they was in a hurry to serve the one other vehicle that arrived behind me. When I called to complain they said I could bring it back through..really didn’t have the time. We try to support the businesses on this side of town but I feel they could do so much better. I’ll stick with 5 Lakes coffee shop.

I am a regular customer of biggby on Nottawa, I think the old crew are great if ever I have an issue it’s solved happily. However this morning I got my drink (same drink every time) the shots tasted burnt so I told the newer barista and she didn’t say anything just pulled the drink out of my hand and shut the window. So I watched her re make it, and she didn’t let the shots pull all the way before dumping them and handed me the drink without saying anything I said thank you. The second coffee tased like watered down ice. I don’t like to complain and I was polite about the issue, I just wanted my drink to taste like it’s supposed to when I’m spending $10 for it. I’ve only ran into the issue with the one barista. When it first started I thought it was bc she was new so I didn’t say anything the first few times but I have said something maybe a handful of times and I have had to say something about my drink to this specific girl about it not tasting right and she gets the same attitude.

I used to go here to pick up coffe/food for me and my coworkers. We all had our own coupons. The last time I went they refused multiple coupons per vehicle even though they were separate orders. Clearly I wouldn’t drink 5 coffees and eat 3 bagles and a muffin. I tried to inquire about ordering online and if multiple coupons would be accepted if I placed separate orders and one of the employees told me to “just stop and be quiet.” With all of our orders it was over $50 we had maybe $5 off total. I definitely wont be visiting this location again.

Employee Sabastion needs to learn better customer service skills. I had a bogo drink email that corporate sent me since I haven’t been to a biggby since they don’t send good deals anymore. Upon presenting it him, he said they don’t take coupons like that. I said it’s from corporate. He said they usually don’t take them, then asked me to click the senders name to verify I was correct. Then I showed my biggby rewards barcode so I could get ONE point for the full price drink I paid for. I didn’t expect TWO points. He agrued with me for a good 2-3 minutes saying since it’s bogo they don’t do that. I told him all other biggby’s I have frequented in the past ALWAYS scan my card and I get that ONE point. I’ve been to at least 6 different locations in the region that accepted and gave points for the full-priced drink. In the end, he refused. Corporate was notified and I received a callback, talked to a CS representative and she added a point. I won’t be returning to this location. I will send my loyalty to the other Sturgis location for future purchases.
