Small mishapin the drive-through and I was shorted one burger, I called and spoke to Charles. He offered to remake it. I said no thank you I just wanted to make you aware so it doesn’t happen to anyone else he asked for my address to send me some coupons 20 minutes later Charles showed up at my house with coupons, a handwritten letter burgers and a shake to make it right . This is customer service. This is how you keep clients coming back mistakes happen but what you do to fix the mistake is what can build your reputation well done thank you Charles. I will be back.

The food is pretty good. The tator tots are almost always different portions. Sometimes huge portions and often very small. It’s really weird. I’m sure there is a standard to follow, but I never see consistency.

Wow, it makes a difference when you make your burgers with steak instead of hamburger. My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. The cashier was extremely helpful explaining the options and making suggestions. You could tell that she actually liked the place, and it showed in the quality of their food. Would definitely visit again.

This location can’t get an order right. They can get it mostly right but it’s never 100% what I ordered. I order a large drink and fry that’s what I expect, but I had to correct the drive thru person earlier this week when they tried to hand me a medium drink and today instead of my large fry I was cheated and given a regular size. I’m done going to a location that can’t be bothered to read and fill an order properly.
Update! Came back a couple weeks later and their still terrible. Literally repeated my order back to me twice and then still tried to hand me the wrong drink and that would have been fine if it was the only mistake but they messed up the only other thing I ordered. Which had one modification and yet they couldn’t get that right It’s no wonder they can’t get an order right if the MANAGER running the window can’t even be bothered to read the order on the screen.

The girl at drive thru handed a bag to my grandparents and they said we are missing our fries and drinks and we need napkins it was a combo meal. The girl proceeds to tell them You need to order a combo next time. My grandparents did order a combo at drive thru I was going to place a second order but then I said no sorry. The girl then hands them the fry bag and drinks and still forgot the napkins. My grandparents said What about our napkins. The girl then grabs napkins and handed back 3 napkins.
Please someone go back and retrain her maybe she was having a bad day but yea not coming back.

We went through the drive through today. I ordered 3 small strawberry shakes and 2 kids cheeseburgers only. No extras with the burgers. And a small fry. The bill was $33.78. The shakes were tiny. 6 ozs. I am still trying to process this. We have been longtime customers but we can no longer afford to eat at Freddy’s.

The food here is prepared fresh and you can customize your meal, which makes it more enjoyable. I love that onion rings are a menu option!!
The custard ice cream is a good desert choice.
The only downer on this visit was the soda machine. The carbonation needs to be recalibrated. The Root Beer was awful, so I had lemonade. However, It was still an amazing meal.
