We went through the drive thru this evening after practice to grab my daughter some sliders and a shake. When we got to the window Noah was working. Every single time we have been to Arby’s in Portland and he’s working, he has been so nice. He is kind, soft spoken, and never seems to be hurried or in a bad mood. Such a pleasant person to interact with which is a breath of fresh air in today’s customer service world.

If you order the new MADE TO ORDER fish sandwich make sure you get a fresh one!!! Threw me some SLOPPY half warm sandwich for my mobile order that I ordered in their parking lot…..Then they WON’T (REFUSE) to answer their phone!!! So yea here’s what i wanted to say “Thanks for WASTING my 5 bucks,cause that sandwich went in the TRASH where it belonged before they decided it was okay to serve to me”

I used the drive-through and was pleasantly surprised that on Christmas Eve, the young woman taking my order was extremely happy and genuine and not in a rush to get me through the line. The roast beef sandwich and fries were fresh and delicious and my order was accurate!

It’s a standard Arby’s – convenient location and basic menu items. May have come on a bad day – atmosphere throughout the restaurant smelled of old cooking oil and the fries were overdone, in fact, inedible.

Not a fan of the Arby’s app. Did not see an option to add meat to your sandwich, and there were no in-restaurant coupons to use. Seems stupid to order on the app when I’m standing at the counter.

Otherwise, the servers were decent and hard working.

I don’t know if this is a Brand New restaurant or not, but it was so clean. I had the confidence to order anything and in so many places I wouldn’t order. We were really well looked after the food was great. Highly recommend recommended.

I went through the drive-thru at Arby’s today and was helped by Cohen at the window. He was polite, quick, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. My order was accurate, the food was fresh, and Cohen had a friendly attitude that made the stop even better. Great customer service goes a long way, and Cohen definitely deserves recognition — honestly, he deserves a raise for the way he treats customers!

I just said in the lobby for several minutes waiting on someone to take my order while hearing people in the back talking. I then called out multiple times to have someone come take my order and they just continue talking. I have literally never had that happen at a fast food restaurant before

Had our order taken by a very unenthusiastic employee. Watched as the three staff members bumbled around for twenty minutes trying to make two sandwiches, and when we finally got our order, the sauce I requested was missing. It’s honestly difficult to be as bad at a fast food job as the people here were today. We were shocked.

I was visiting Portland last night (7/11) and came to drive thru at approx. 907pm. I was very disappointed with quality of my food because I ordered Wagyu bacon ranch meal and my sandwich and noticed it was very raw pink inside after I took a few bites. I only like well done meat. I didn’t bring up this issue to crew member because I didn’t notice until I already drove off and was far from the store. We live 30 min away from this Portland location. I felt sick in my stomach last night and assume it’s due to this meat uncooked. On the other hand , I want to give positive feedback about service crew member, Maximus, who was very nice and professional with me. Just please work on cooking meat at the required temp and quality to prevent illnesses
