We make it a point to visit a few times a month in the summer. In fact, that’s really how you know when it’s summer, and when it’s not… If Mel-o-creme is open, it’s summer. Excellent selection, always good ice cream, and you can tell by the line. It looks long, but moves quick and is always worth the wait. This is where the locals get their summer treats, and visitors should make a point to stop. They have a few picnic tables, and it’s cash only (atm onsite). We are always sad when it closes, but excited when it opens again in the spring. You can’t go wrong with a visit, and enjoy your ice cream!

Love it!!!!! Prices are great for the proportions they give!! Food n ice cream is great tasting! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wait time is quick, even when busy. Plenty of parking spaces available. No issues with bees or ants.

Delicious and well priced! Got mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken BLT sandwich, chicken tenders, a flurry and a muddy buddy. Portions were big and everything was fresh. Will stop again if we are in the area!

It’s always a great experience here. I have to keep reminding the people that I bring here that they want to order a small otherwise they’ll be eating ice cream for days. Their prices are very reasonable for the sizes they provide. This time around we ordered a Reese’s pieces sundae, a hot fudge sundae and peach dole whip. We all agreed the peach whip is the best flavor out there.
