I recently had dinner here and it was a pleasant experience. The food was fresh and flavorful. I had Grace’s chicken and I really enjoyed it. It was perfectly cooked and full of taste.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Would definitely go back.

I’ve eaten at Red Ginger since they opened circa 20 years ago. We’ve easily spent well over ten thousand dollars on meals and have taken well over a hundred people to dinner. Owners Grace & Jimmy and servers Amy & Kevin, Hostess Lisa, to name a few are fantastic. The Chef and kitchen staff quickly and efficiently churn out amazing dishes and somehow over the years the flavors remain consistent to original recipes. The menu changes every two to three years and yet amazingly when I order an item that’s no longer on the menu, they still get it for me and 90% of the time, the flavor is exactly how I remember it.

I’ve eaten here a few times, and overall, the food is pretty good. What I really like is that the prices are steady and not too high. If you’re not looking to spend a lot but still want a decent meal, this place is worth checking out.

We stopped in for dinner and I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews. However our food was excellent – freshly prepared and the service was great too.

I literally can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. The ginger martini has the power of fresh ginger mixed with citrus. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but it hit the spot. I went and complimented the bartender and asked for the secret. He said he shaves fresh ginger over the ice when he mixes the drink.

The hand-made pork dumplings tasted like something made at home with whole ingredients, not processed in any way. The steamed pork buns were served with the same sauce and were fluffy and tasted like something grandma would make.

The Kung Pao chicken was the best I’ve ever had. So very authentic, with simple ingredients. It wasn’t like some cheap take out with fillers and extra vegetables or unnecessary ingredients. This was a dark vinegar sauce with chicken thigh, pan roasted peanuts, spring onion, and hot chili for heat. Perfection!

The Mongolian Beef was excellent. Again, simple ingredients and no fuss. Tender beef, white and spring onion with a simple sauce to die for.

The service was outstanding, and our food was served in a timely matter.

Go try it out when you want some high-quality Chinese food. Cheers!

BEST EXPERIENCE ALWAYS !
We drive over an hour and a half to come to this restaurant! We always have an excellent meal with both sides of the restaurant, which offers both the traditional Chinese selections and the other upscale gourmet dining option from their gourmet section.
What I like is that we can always sit in the traditional Chinese section and still order from the upscale menu as well as the traditional Chinese menu! The wait staff can’t be any better, and are so attentive and accommodating.
The chefs there are truly talented and the portions are generous, as is the quality and freshness every time.
The prices are reasonable and you can’t find a better value and enjoyable experience!
We will definitely keep traveling over the hour and a half, as it’s well worth it and we know as we have had Chinese food in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other places around the world!

With two hungry, tired children in tow, I call d ahead to see if they had a booth. They did! I asked if they would hold it for 10 minutes. They did! We walked in and within 5 minutes, I had placed the children’s’ order (lemon chicken and apple juice), and 5 minutes later they were literally emptying their plates it was so great! My teriyaki chicken and rice followed and was perfect.

Service was top notch, food was as amazing as always. Children were well behaved because they were made to feel welcome and fed fast.

5 stars and then a big THANK YOU!

Great local Chinese food in the area. I wasn’t expecting much initially, but when you walk in the door, the first thing you see is the restaurant accolades!

I love spicy foods, and the hot mustard sauce they give you in the beginning will clear up any sinus problems and is addictive after a couple of bites (if you like spicy)

The food was good! They have great deals for lunch, and the portions are big, too!

The perfect Father’s Day dinner. Red Ginger Suntree right over the river from the beach is a cozy, tranquil Chinese sit down restaurant and experience.

Key Points:
1. Ambiance: Plenty of seating with a variety of areas and types of tables to suit all needs.
2. Service: The staff were very efficient and friendly! Always kept our drinks full and quickly accommodated our request for family style dining.
3. Menu and Food: The menu offers a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine with a separate specials menu as well. They have a plethora of choices for different dietary restrictions.
4. Beverages: Offers cocktails, sake, wine. We tried their Handcrafted Mai Thai (3.5/5)
5. Price/Value: Our appetizers and entrees were delicious and worth the price especially for how big the servings are!

Final Thoughts:
– Highlight Moments and recommendations: Wonton soup was nostalgic and flavorful. Special menu appetizer soup dumplings were balanced and flavorful! The Mongolian beef was tender and exquisite, the whole tables favorite!
– Rating or Score: 4.5 I look forward to coming back and trying more soon

We had the Combination Lo Mein and General Taos chicken. The Lo Mein had decent flavor and they give you a lot of it for lunch. The onions and the lo mein were undercooked but overall it was still pretty good. The general Tao’s chicken definitely could use a little work it had a very strange taste to it that we could just not put our finger on. We definitely do not recommend this item. This was our first time dining at this location. 3 out of 5 stars only because the service was decent and our waitress was very friendly . nothing to go out of your way for.
