The workers at this location are extremely rude and defensive for no reason at all. I went by this afternoon for a dirty Coke, which is my usually drink, however when I took a sip of my drink, all I could taste was the syrup and barely any coke. Since I was still sitting at the window waiting for some food, I drank a little more (there was still more than half of the drink in the cup) so that I could ask if they could put some more coke into my drink to balance it out. The worker rudely stated that she couldn’t since I had drank out of it. I then asked the other lady at the window if they could remake the drink since all I could taste was the syrup. The older lady, who I’m assuming was the manager told the worker what I had said about there being too much syrup, to which the worker responded that she put the normal amount. Within this whole interaction, both workers were extremely rude and defensive about something so simple. I have never once had a dirty coke where I couldn’t taste the coke. As a paying customer, it would’ve been nice to get what I had paid for, but instead, I was made to feel belittled simply for asking them to re-make a medium drink (which I ended up dumping out). These workers either need to find a job where they won’t get triggered by a simple request or they need training in how to kindly speak with their customers.

Really rude employees. They act as if they are working against their will. I pressed the button to order and the answer to take the order with a very bad attitude. I asked do you charge for ranch sauce and the man taking the order replied “sure do”
I asked for 3 ranch sauces which they charged for and i paid for my order on the machince outside. When the man came out with the order.. he was rolling his eyes at me for backing out a little bit to open my window and recieve the order. Then I checked the order bag which was missing the 3 ranches and I went out to the employee door where they could see me standing there and didnt acknowledge me at all. I knocked on it and another male employee answers the door and I explained to him that I ordered ranch and paid for it but I didnt recieve it and he asked me to tell him my full order which i did but the first employee never gave me a recipt. Both employees had bad poor attitudes. This occurence makes me regret spending any koney on this

I am confused why they have the drive up menus but don’t come out to the cars. They don’t even have any signs out that say out of order. Are they out of order? They made me wait 45 minutes and never came out to the car. I have been here on a number of occasions with same issues. I can’t figure out how to get food here. Not sure why they never answer their speaker. They should take them down if they won’t answer. I have gone through the drive through as well and they also have refused to take my order. One time I guess I came towards closing and they told me to hold and made me wait 5 minutes and then said sorry we’re closed we can’t take your order anymore. One time they just never answered their speaker. Another time my daughter who is disabled tried to order and they laughed at her and refused to take her order. Today was the last time I tried to order for my family. This issue here has been ongoing for the last 4 months. I think after today I will never be back again. I should have not even had tried to go here after the other times I just thought maybe there were new workers. They have lost my business for good and completely wasted my time. I don’t think the workers care about my business because I think they don’t want to work back there so their trying to get customers not to come. Other cars were trying to order and the cars were driving off and pushing the buttons to order at the screen and waiting a while and then driving through the drive through or driving off. If they don’t want us there why don’t they just close down? Also I think it may be against the law to refuse service because someone is disabled.

Do not come here for food. The service is extremely rude, and the food is sub-par even by sonic standards. The drink are usually okay, but the lady at the window today 11-13-25 was extremely rude. She ignored me the entire time I was trying to get her attention because she forgot something on my order and when she brought my food out, instead of fixing it she just told me to get back in line, for another French fry. She wants me to get back in her 15 minute line for a French fry?! I didn’t want my other food to get cold so I just left, but it was cold when I got home anyway. The burger tasted like soggy mush. I’ll be skipping this Sonic from now on.

This place is a blast to the past for me. One of the few places my kids liked and they ate the meal as well as the French Fries! They don’t have diet Pepsi at the drive up, the have Pepsi Zero which I can’t drink, but the fellow at the window made sure I had my treat by running out to the restaurant floor to get it there!

This sonic is by far the worst i have ever visited in the west coast. I ordered a chile cheese dog with large fry and a large mozzarella sticks. Let’s start with how they packed the bag. They placed my chili cheese dog on the bottom and smashed it with all the other sides. When I opened it all the chili and cheese was stuck to the top of the wrap. I didn’t even touch the fry’s they were so dark from the old nasty grease they are using, grease not oil. Same with the mozzarella sticks. Nasty dark color and smell. My hot dog bun was stiff and old. My god it was nasty. The location its self looks really bad and I should have used my best judgment when this place looked like a dump. Trashy, broken speaker, parts falling apart bad menu signs. The guy in the drive thru couldn’t even give me a receipt because the machine was broken or else I would have went back and asked for a refund. I bet the kitchen is a health violation. Im actually feeling sick now writing this review after eating what I could. Be cautious with this Sonic location please.

Came here on December 5th on a Sunday morning. My wife n I were the only ones here. They had us pull up to the drive-thu so that takes a bit of the experience away. I got the Footlong Coney Chili Cheese Dog and the double cheese bacon Sonic Burger. Both were pretty good. Wasn’t bad! Food was hot, the lady that took our order was nice. Everything came out in a timely manner. No complaints besides going to the drive-tru.

GREASE!! Is the word all right! My husband and I were craving some good old fresh fruit slushes and headed over to the closest Sonic for a quick bite. All I can say is that the staff somehow managed to add about 5 lbs. of grease to each food item aside from the slushes which only coated the grease inside or mouths into a slick paste that no amount of Colgate and brushing could rid! Neither of us finished even half of our food. We have never returned to any Sonic since and sadly do not intend to do so in the future.

Now down to one star. Brought my family here, ordered almost $40 worth, was told I had to pay for ranch (order included tater tots and onion rings) but that I could get all the ketchup I wanted for free. Asked for ketchup…TWICE… and never got it. Didn’t get napkins either. $#@^% this location. No other Sonic in town treats me like this. — last year’s review —> I ordered, asked for ranch instead of ketchup. They wanted to charge me for it because “nothing on my order REQUIRED it.” I declined the ranch and the line went dead. No total, no verification of my order. Just silence. Talk about rude.

My kids love them a sonics run. From nerds in their drinks to a oreo cream cheese shake, they got it. Best time is the afternoon so you save money on those drinks. Check on their website but its usually 2 to 5 pm.
