After eating here two days in a row, I can confidently say the food at Bullard Tavern is absolutely amazing, especially the burgers, which are truly superb.

The service was excellent: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming (I only wish I remembered our server’s name). The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Bottom line: highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back! ✨

We used the private dinning area for a family style dinner for 12. They allowed us to bring in some of our own decorations and tableware to dress up the room. The choices were great, food was delicious and our server Shannon did a great job with the group.

We enjoyed our bar snacks, but THOSE COCKTAILS are not too be missed!! BT seems to hire only the best staff, especially the bartenders who made our drinks. It is also in a fun area with lots of shops and near public transpo.

Late night ice cream craving. The place we went to went out of business. We headed toward city center walked by The Bullard then doubled back. My ice cream need was satisfied. The chocolate mousse is like whipped butter. A pleasant quiet dark old timey times environment.

The food here is bangin’. The smoked highball slaps. The service is stellar, without the pretense of a Michelin star but with the really amazing food you would expect from one. Try the ribeye or the lamb and polenta. You’re welcome.

A dark, intimate, meat focused restaurant located inside the Woodlark Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed a couple glasses of wine, the Burger and Halibut. Price point was higher, but I felt the quality of food matched. Service was great, had two different servers who were ontop of things. Food was quick to come out, and the restaurant was clean!

Had a great meal and really good drinks. I got the dont stop dancing drink and it was so cute and smooth. We also got the hush puppies and the prawns to start. Both were fantastic. I got the halibut and it was perfect. I didn’t snap a photo of my dad and partners plate but they both got the bavette steaks and they were both cooked to perfection. We also got two dessert to share. The baked Alaska, and omg it was so delicious! We got the pie as well but no photos of those because they were absolutely amazing and we couldn’t wait to dig into them. Love the atmosphere and vibe of this place. The food speaks for itself. Definitely will return. Thanks for rhe great service too!

Love the vibe….big old loungey space outside of restaurant, big windows with lots of light with open kitchen with plenty if seating. Service was attentive, friendly, and fast.

Food was ok. Tavern salad was great. Fresh, toasted hazelnuts…and one is plenty for two people. Then things went off the rails. Pork Chop had a great flavor but clearly overcooked. Grey throughout so dry…should aim for at least medium. String beans way undercooked. Pea risotto presentation was weird. Parmesean cheese garnish looked like coconut snow all over plate. Would be far better with some thin, curved slices. Risotto was a little runny and the excessive parmesean made it so salty, you couldn’t taste anything else.

Flour-less cake was a nice bite. Loved the orange custard and poached rhubarb.

The Lamb Birria was great! The Mac and cheese was good too just a bit of a stronger beer flavoring than expected. The burger was very juicy. Overall great experience!

Meat focused menu at this hotel located restaurant. It’s a dark and moody interior with rich woods and a solid cocktail menu. The food is very well executed and I enjoyed every item I ordered. The menu also seems to be updated frequently to integrate variety even for frequent visitors. I loved the lamb chop seasoned with chimichurri and spiced lime. The beets with horseradish were an innovative take on this veggie and the lemon tart was paired beautifully with pistachio creams and nuts.
