The worst churromania, woorst customer service… the lady who speaks and just has a natural attitude along with a New York accent, will not help a customer, make a customer feel like a major inconvenience and basically put the same amount of effort it would take to help someone just to not do it. The sad part is, is that she’s most likely the owner since these things are franchised, I’d rather drive the extra few minutes to the other one across the street.
