Apparently the sauce police have taken over this restaurant. Do not under any circumstances expect to get a single cup of sauce after you order your food or a manager will full sprint to the counter and ask for your 25 cents. Don’t keep change on you and already paid for your meal? Tough luck get in the back of the line and get ready to run that credit card while your food gets cold and your lunch time off work runs out, all over a measly 25 zents

November 10, 2025. Night shift. Snow flurries in the Forecast. Manager on Duty had a young girl stand outside in the cold taking orders on an I pad. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy. If you’re going to send your employees out have them suit up, coat, hat, gloves, and scarf. Better yet I think the manager should stand out in the cold!

I have often received orders missing food or being wrong but this time I am just kind of shocked at what I received when I ordered the chicken tacos. Not a drop off lettuce, and just chunks of chicken w a strip of bacon and a chunk wedge of tomato.
I’ll post a Pic of it if it gives the option, but the meal was a sad experience for what the pic shows you you’ll get. I know pics are always going to look better but this was unbelievable.

Great lunch. Food was hot and served very quickly. Drink was perfect. Their sweet tea is one of my favorites. The order taker a young girl was very polite and helpful when finding menu items or making accommodations to my items. The woman passing out the food was very friendly, double checked the bag and ensured I had all items needed. Both ladies were presentable and kind.

Be more like the Shelbyville KY Zaxbys!
Unfortunately at this location we consistently experience the following:
– most tables are dirty
– dining room is dirty in general
– you’ll gag using the coke machine (dried up coke all over it)
– they can’t handle a complex order (sauces usually are not right)
– employees are not friendly
– behind the counter/ in the kitchen looks filthy
(There was one younger gentlemen who took our order and he was really nice but he was also new. Hopefully the others don’t scare him off. They all turned away and ignored me when I walked up to the counter until he came up and took our order)
We LOVE our Shelbyville zaxbys. It’s a world of a difference. The managers here should visit that location and take some notes (:

Had a curbside order. Pulled up, let them know I was there and where I was. I waited for almost 30 minutes and no one came. Tried to call and use the app and I couldn’t get a response on neither one. Finally I went through the drive through and got my order. I thought the curbside pickup was supposed to be a faster alternative to waiting in line. Food was decent when I finally got it, although a little cold.

Online order- was missing chocolate milk went in and got it, went home was missing two orders of fries and no straws in the bag. Not busy at all. Girl in the lobby to take orders was leaned up against the counter on her phone didn’t even acknowledge we were picking up our order right behind her. Otherwise food is good and we never had issues before today.

Their salads are one of my favorites and the normal order. The cashier was polite, made sure everything was correct. We got the salad, chicken sandwich and kids fingers. Everything was hot and quick.
