Olive Garden is a chain, but if you can find a chair restaurant run well these days, well, keep going back. We sure enjoy the location in Kissimmee on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. They have been consistently serving Italian food there for a really long time, and consistency is a restaurant virtue. So says me. Their salad (we pronounce it “sah lade” like on SpongeBob, you know, all boujee) is always great. Their soup is wonderful. Their breadsticks are always perfection. We have been adding the breadstick sauce to our meals- our favorite being meat sauce. And the chicken parm is still amazing after all these years. The wait staff has been consistently excellent and always attentive. The restaurant itself is clean as are the bathrooms. Their recent holiday decorations were nice and homey. They do not take reservations at this location, so we try to go when they open for lunch. It’s always a great meal here at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Kissimmee.

Food and service were great. There does seem to be alot of servers just hanging out at the hostess stand. If they are all there, I’m sure some of their tables are probably in need of something.
As I walked out of the restaurant I passed 4 employees none of which greeted me goodbye. It not a huge deal but it is just as important to greet your customers hello as it is to great them goodbye. Your job isn’t don’t just because they guest have already paid.

Olive, the Italian restaurant, offers a mixed dining experience that left me with some highs and mostly lows. The service stands out as genuinely friendly and attentive—the staff greeted us warmly, checked in regularly without hovering, and made us feel welcomed throughout the meal. However, the standard Italian dishes were disappointing: predictable weak imitations of classics like pasta and pizza, lacking authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, or that homemade touch you’d expect from real Italian cuisine. The sauces felt overly processed, and portions were underwhelming for the price. That said, the steak was a highlight—perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful with a nice char, easily the best part of the menu. The shrimp dishes shone too, plump and garlicky, served with spot-on seasoning that elevated them above the rest. If you’re craving those specific items, it’s worth a visit; otherwise, skip the “Italian” staples and look elsewhere for pasta nights. Ambiance is cozy with dim lighting and Italian decor, but it can’t fully redeem the uneven food quality. I’d return for the steak and shrimp, rating it 3.5/5

We had a great experience at Olive Garden. The service was prompt and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free salad on the house! It was fresh and crispy, as always. For my main course, the sirloin was cooked perfectly and was incredibly tender. The garlic shrimp scampi was also a hit—so flavorful and juicy. A solid, satisfying meal with a nice unexpected bonus. We’ll be back!

We had dinner at Olive Garden and ate well. It’s a quiet place with a relaxed atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, the deal that lets you take an extra dish home for just six dollars more is really good.

Unfortunately, this was the first time ever that we had a bad experience at an Olive Garden. The food itself was okay, but the service was really disappointing. Our server, compared to the others on the floor, showed no interest in serving us from the very beginning.
When taking our order she seemed disengaged, and throughout the meal I had to ask multiple times for more breadsticks. She only brought a second round when we were nearly done with our entrees. On top of that, no one cleared away the dirty starter dishes, so we ended up eating our meals with all the dirty plates still on the table. The same thing happened with dessert, and we finally had to ask another staff member to remove the dishes.
The poor service unfortunately tinted what was supposed to be a nice family night out. Olive Garden has always been a reliable choice for us, but this location really let us down.

This is a good Olive Garden. Even though they were very busy the food and service was amazing. We recommend this location.

We were seated very quickly, and the food came out really fast, which was a big plus. The service overall was efficient, especially considering how crowded it was. Our waitress was amazing and a total sweetheart and she made the experience much more enjoyable.
The restroom was quite disgusting when I went in, but since there were a lot of people, I understand it might not have been spotless at that moment. Shortly after, someone came to clean it, which I appreciated.
Overall, it was a decent experience with fast service and food, though the restroom cleanliness could be improved.

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a pretty average experience overall. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t anything memorable.
The unlimited breadsticks and salad were definitely the highlight — fresh, warm, and exactly what you expect when you go there. The main course, however, was just okay. The pasta was cooked properly, but the sauce felt a bit heavy and lacked depth of flavor. It tasted mass-produced rather than freshly made.
Service was friendly, though a bit slow during peak dinner hours. Our server did their best, but it seemed like the kitchen may have been backed up. The atmosphere was comfortable but a little noisy.
Overall, Olive Garden is fine if you’re craving familiar, predictable Italian-American food. It’s consistent, family-friendly, and reasonably priced — just don’t go expecting a standout culinary experience.
