Yummy! Hubby & I had the Chicken Pot Pies. They’re always so delicious & the crust is so flaky! They always taste good at any KFC we’ve gotten them from. The name of the cashier on the ticket was Michell. She was so pleasant & quick & she made sure we had napkins & sporks in our bag as well.

Just disappointing ordered online and arrived a few minutes after scheduled pickup the lady says ok pull up we have a 8 minute wait for your biscuits. 15 minutes later they bring out my order get home no biscuits or sauce. When I call the lady chuckles about it and doesn’t apologize or nothing just said we were out of biscuits for the night. So I was just sitting there waiting for my chicken to get cold. Below is one of the drumsticks in my 8 piece laying next to my Dr Pepper lid and over fried mashed potato bites with no mashed potatoes in them. Yuck just pitiful.

If I could give less than one star I would. They forgot to put my chicken in my bag that was ordered online when I called back to come pick it up I was told I cam only contacts online service to get my money back. I dont want my money I want the chicken you forgot to put into my bag at your location 5 minutes ago . Now to not get dinner and have to wait for a refund this is ridiculous

Everytime I come to this location: SOMETHING is wrong.
One time I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and got fries…returned the fries and asked for the potatoes after waiting 10 minutes in line…while the rest of my food got cold.
Another time the dipping sauce was wrong…another 10 minutes of waiting.
THIS TIME I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and husband ordered a large mashed potatoes with no gravy.
I literally had to argue with the lady at the register about what I had ordered on the computer and she argued that my husband didn’t order me gravy. Well, I ORDERED MY STUFF FROM THE KIOSK AND MY HUSBAND ORDERED HIS.
He is Jewish and cannot eat the gravy because it has gelatin. I have no food restrictions.
She still decided to argue.
This is not a difficult fix! Its an eighth of a cup of gravy for Angels Sake!!!
Absolutely POSITIVELY ridiculous to argue. Its about 2 cents worth of gravy…and less than 30 seconds worth of work to ladle some gravy. Her arguing with me wasted more time than KFC saved.

I ordered an 8 piece box of chicken tenders. Unfortunately, I ended up with the equivalent of maybe 4. It looked like they had cut the tenders in half or thirds, & a couple looked more like nuggets. The taste is still KFC (moist, tender, crunchy, good spices) but the proportions were lacking. When tenders are ordered, the buyer expects 8 full sized tenders. (If you don’t live close, please check your boxes before you leave – I live an hour away & wasn’t driving back) Shame on you KFC!!!!!
I’ll give them another chance, but order something else next time, & hopefully they will do a better job. After all, it’s KFC.

mark not so much Was telling me The bucket deal on my receipt was not valid, though it was still on my receipt on paper, in the app and was over the minimum for it. So they hadn’t even given it to me or informed me to cancel it before I picked it up. Though it is pretty much everywhere that KFC is giving the free buckets today 7/18/25 he was Saying that it is through the app company and he didn’t participate and to call someone with them About my complaints and basically said he couldn’t refundme. But thankfully his team is very professional and took care of it. I hope you guys get a better manager

My wife and I went by the Showlow KFC and were disappointed. Ordered some chicken fillets through the drive through. Maybe that was our mistake. By the time we were home and seen what we were given, we were very disappointed. Any way if I were still there I would of complained and given them back. cold, chewy and pathetically small.
