I dont normally do this….however this particular order has me completely not ever wanting to go back to Taco bell again. My tacos were burned on one side and the meat was so dry it was like chewing cardboard, like it was made with old meat or something. I also ordered a Mango refresher which wasnt tasty and looked even worse with the floaters on top of the drink. The pictures I took says it all. Im so disappointed I wasted my money and my lunch time on this

If you can’t give a customer the right amount of food, then don’t charge them for it. Chips n cheese are $2.79 and I got 2 chips that weren’t broken in small pieces plus they didn’t bother trying to fill the tiny little pouch that they come in. Then the container of cheese wasn’t even half full. The beef burrito left me asking where’s the beef, was wrapped in a stale burrito. It was too spicy. But paying $2,79 for so few chips and so little cheese is BS. Is that what the employees would want for themselves if they were ordering in the drive-thru?

I was glad you had a new location, nice parking lot, a line that wasn’t 9 cars deep. After eating this meal, I thought, “I wished I would have stayed home instead of spending $15.”

I have a new Taco Bell to frequent now!! I always use the drive thru and always am ordering/leaving with a chuckle. Brandon is THE BEST drive thru person ever!! His energetic personality comes right through the speaker! He will make you smile and is fun to talk to. My orders have always been accurate and aside from that it always takes a team with me. Customer service has been top notch every time no matter who is working. Management here must be awesome to head a team like this!

This store is MUCH more positive and welcoming and MUCH more friendly than any other Taco Bell store that I have visited in the Quad Cities. The cashier Brandan W greeted my friend and I with a smile and VERY helpful service. Also other employees acknowledged my friend and I with smiles and greetings when we were coming into the store to eat. Definitely a great atmosphere to eat in!!

I don’t enjoy leaving 1-star reviews, but this Taco Bell’s ability to completely dismantle my order at 11:00 PM deserves documentation. I went through the drive-thru, placed a very simple order—no lettuce—and trusted faith, muscle memory, and the Taco Bell brand to do the rest. That was my mistake.

The interaction started strong: the girl on the speaker sounded actively annoyed that I existed and spoke to me like I had interrupted something important, like scrolling. At the window, she said absolutely nothing. No greeting. No receipt. No confirmation. Just handed me the bag like a cursed artifact and closed the window. Bold.

The wait time was normal, maybe even suspiciously short, which in hindsight should have been my warning.

Once home, everything that wasn’t Chips & Cheese was wrong.

The Cheesy Gordita Crunch felt… off. Not cold. Not hot. Just dense. Like it had achieved structural integrity. I don’t believe it could have held a temperature because it had clearly transcended food and entered the mineral phase. It was so solid I couldn’t crack it open to confirm whether the ingredients were inside or if it was just a tortilla shell filled with regret. I took one bite and immediately understood that this item had lived a full life before meeting me.

I asked for no lettuce, which—based on the evidence—was interpreted as a personal challenge. The Gordita appeared to be only lettuce, densely packed like insulation. The taco almost made it through inspection, but at the last second, someone decided to sneak lettuce on it anyway. Commitment to chaos.

The burrito was flavorless and contained textures and ingredients that science has not yet classified. Not bad flavors. No flavors. Just matter. It existed purely to remind me I was alive and capable of disappointment.

I did attempt to eat everything, because I’m an optimist and also hungry, but this meal remained undefeated.

So, congratulations. This was not just a bad order—it was a coordinated failure across multiple items, delivered silently, late at night, with confidence. I’m not mad. I’m impressed. And I am officially done with Taco Bell.

Literally the slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to. Other taco bells are slow as well but not anywhere near as bad as this one. I mean waiting over half an hour for them to have a door dash pickup ready, mind you not a single person in the restaurant and zero cars in drive through. This is EVERY time I’m here. If I could negative stars I would!

I waited for 35 minutes to even be seen at the drive thru order station, there was three cars in front of me. When I got to the order station, they were very unprofessional. I had three different people taking my order all at once, all using stupid high-pitched annoying baby voices. This is an issue and I want better service. you need to get your employees in check.

I love that a new Taco Bell is on the West side of town now. I have been through the drive in three times. I always ordered the number 1, three crunchy supreme tacos. NOT ONCE have I received those. They are either all crunchy tacos, or maybe one is a crunchy supreme and the other two are just the crunchy tacos. But EVERY TIME I am charged for the crunchy supreme tacos. So far your staff is correct less than 30% of the time. I may not be back. This is really disappointing.
