During the Dallas snowstorm, this was literally the only restaurant open in Toyota Music Factory — and that alone deserves massive respect.
The staff truly went above and beyond. The roads were frozen and dangerous; on my way there I actually saw a car sliding on the street. Yet they still showed up, took the risk, and delivered an amazing experience.
Special shoutout to Gabriella, who is usually a server but stepped up as the bartender that night. She made me a Moscow Mule and a Martini, and both were absolutely perfect. You’d never guess she wasn’t the regular bartender — professional, smooth, and great energy.
The food was outstanding, the music and vibes were on point, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and welcoming when the entire city felt shut down.
This wasn’t just good service — this was commitment, resilience, and passion.

First of all, this is my first time tasting such fresh sashimi in this town. I think the biggest draw of this place is that they don’t use frozen fish. The sashimi is clean and neatly prepared, and it’s incredibly flavorful with best freshness. Also, we have tried a chilly shrimp menu, that dish is also tasteful than any other typical chinese restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and classy, and the friendly servers helped us for a satisfying lunch. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great place! We came here a day after their soft opening grabbing dinner before a show. The staff was very kind. For appetizers, we ordered the crispy brussels sprouts and crab rangoons. For our mains we ordered Double Tuna roll, salmon sushi, yellowtail sushi, scallop sushi, and tuna sushi. All of it was fantastic. Good portions and fresh. To our surprise, they also brought out some Toro sushi on the house! We will be back!

I ordered pick up from Sakana and accidentally called the wrong location. When I showed up to the Las Colinas location they were super understanding and had the owner come out to talk to me. They fixed my order up very fast and even threw in an extra salmon nigiri! Everyone was super sweet and I will definitely be going back. I’m so excited to have this new sushi spot in Las Colinas. Oh and the food was great. ☺️
