If you guys can’t handle only 3 cars in your drive thru and 4 people in your dine in area. Y’all have to hire employees or get an additional manager on shift too. There’s no way that I have to wait 20 mins in your drive thru and I’m the 2nd car of 4 cars.
Yes the manager was nice enough to refund my meal. He even tried to offer me the meal paid but at that point my disappointment is beyond free food. Please get it together at this location.
I go to other locations in Grand Prairie and Duncanville and don’t experience this type of service and they are super busy at those locations. I can’t even say that this location was busy it was 230pm on a Saturday. Smh

Today is wed, June 25, 2025 at 1:30 pm. The lunch was so fire. The staff is the best staff they’ve had in years. I live nearby but I used to go to the one across in Mansfield to avoid the crew at this location. My daughter has dietary issues and one thing she can always have is a cheese sandwich from Schlotzskys but it got difficult because the nearby locations crew were so bleh nothing was ever made correctly or tasted right. We used to give up.
Idk what changed. I think there’s a new manager because there’s a capable strong gentleman that appears to run the store and I have sat and watched him mentor his crew and treat everyone like they’ve entered his home and I just want everyone to know how amazing this place is currently. Best crew. Best food. You’ll want to remind them to set a tip cup out. It’s that pleasant around here. Thank you.

I bought the free entree deal because it’s actually a great deal. And usually my wife and I get a med sandwich each with no sides because the sandwich is filling. Today we also got a fruit cup. What a let down. Expectation was not met. Look at the fruit cup that is on the website abs then look at my Pic. It’s one of those kid fruitcups. Not fresh. No variety. Horrible waste, especially at almost $4. Are you kidding?

Food was good, but service was lacking today. It reeked of confusion. I am watching servers wander around with a sandwich and ticket in their hand with a confused look on their faces. Really people!! How hard is it to match the number that you have in your hand with the number on the sign at the table? I went with a friend of mine. We ordered at the same time. He gets his order 15 min after ordering. After 25 min I ask the man behind the counter, who I assume is the manager. He yells something to the back and then ignores me. I ask him if they lost my order and he says they are working on it. Sorry I asked. Look if you lost the order then admit it and apologize. Don’t just say your working on it. What you’ve been “working” on it for 25 min?
Anyway, usually its ok. Just today it was pretty bad. It just smelled of confusion from beginning to end. That reflects on Management. That is why I am giving a 3

They have recently remodeled and changed their slogan/look. Ugh…..
I like the interior…I guess… They added a phone charging area which is nice. But the slogan…”Austin Eatery”? Yes I know the original store was in Austin, but no one really cares. At lease I don’t. Why limit yourself like that. I would have loved to have been in the market research for that. Anyway…the change in look & logo still hasn’t fixed the Service problem. Waited in line for 10 min to order and took another 20 min to get order…sigh… still remains 3 stars
