This was the worst experience I have ever had. I mean nobody in there felt like working the person that was cooking. The chicken gave me half done chicken that was gross. The person that was making the okra did a horrible job because there were pieces that were not done the person that was working the register forgot to give me my peppers twice and charge me for two and only gave me one. The food was horrendous. I had to pick through good parts to eat which was less than 30% of my meal October 29 at 10 AM. I called to get my order corrected. Nobody answered the phone all morning.

My family and I love us some good spicy chicken from churches. I came around 11am so I was excited to get some fresh chicken. The building smelled bad but it didn’t matter to me. But when I got in the car to eat, my chicken reeked of that same nasty smell. On top of that, the chicken was dark and gooey feeling. I threw that crap away so fast. I will never come back to this location. Very unsanitary, they should be shut down

I ordered a $25 dinner with all the trimmings. After i placed my order, well they all decided to leave the service area. Went outside and started smoking! after 10mn waiting, I requested my money back and left ASAP! These people and restaurant service is out the window here! I’ve done this several times and it’s not getting better? So now you wonder what you get after making statements? Just stop eating out, my personal advice… PITIFUL BEHAVIOR for a race of people.

Great customer service worker that name start with K I believe greeted everyone that walked in the store maintaining job duties while waiting on chicken to finish cooking. I’m really proud of this location keep up the great work. All the worker was actually working as a team.

Staff clearly were not getting along. Lead person shut down taking orders from customers in lobby for 30 minutes due to staff not helping. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

I don’t like the location but it’s better than the one in Illinois. At least they actually have some food but just like every location, they never have spicy chicken or good customer service. Like what is y’all’s problem? It’s like these owners don’t give a crap about their franchises nor do they care how their business looks! Like get it together! My husband and I could easily open this franchise in a DECENT area with GOOD employees and it would thrive! These Church’s owners and managers are just awful and it shows in how your chain looks.

I really like this location. Every time I go there, they never disappoint. This is the best Church’s Chicken to me in the metropolitan area. I have enjoyed their chicken for over 30 years. Their chicken always taste fresh and hot each and every time I go there. I live a good ways away now, but I always drive that extra mile just for their chicken. Make sure to count your chicken! They screwed me out of two pc of chicken. Bought a family 12 peace meal and only received 10 pc of chicken. Tried calling. Of course no answer. Ate and went back up girl behind counter acted like that’s that and too bad. Did nothing to rectify situation. Do not recommend visiting this location.

I really don’t like the chicken but I do love the chicken sandwich. I think they have one the best chicken as a fast food restaurant. I also enjoy there coleslaw when they have some available, they sell out most of the time or don’t have it in stock. Overall, good food but service could be better.
