Before Entering: 8/10 Parking lot needs work.
Store: 8/10 Clean, good atmosphere, can really smell yhe food cooking, but very limited seating.
Employees: Cooks were timely, food looked and tasted good. Cashiers were good too very nice and greeted everyone.
Other Customers: everyone was understanding and didn’t mind a wait. Good people.
Overall: it was a good place overall not like slam dunk amazing but good. Liked the visit, service, and food. Will stop by again.

The double cheeseburger and the fries were very good but I ordered the 2 slider chicken sandwiches and the buns were a hotdog bun cut in two. Now that is ridiculous. Never seen anything like that. For the price you pay for the food, it was very disappointing.

Excellent food. First we waited almost 10 min at drive thru with no response. Finally went inside. No greeting, just standing there at staring at us. Placed a $55 order, and all she asked was “will you stay or go? ” and “What’s the name? ” I told her we weren’t done ordering. She said “yeah but What’s the name” cooks arguing in the back room. The ice cream was dripping all over the outside of cups. She watched me clean them all off. Good thing the food is so good.

Service was good. Burgers were not. Tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave? I don’t know, wasn’t fresh I guess. Got a twist cone that was good though. If I came back it would be for the ice cream, not the food.

Stopped by and saw the hard work you are doing! That bathroom looks WAY better. The staff is friendly. Even wished us a good evening and safe drive as we walked out. Staff was busy working between customers and were in such good moods!

Chocolate shake seemed like it was in the freezer for an hour or two then pulled out and given to us. Service was fast. Didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt. Might be a while before I go back.

I hadn’t had A&W in years and only just learned one was in Webster not too long ago. Unfortunately, I rarely go through Webster during mealtime but I made an effort during my last trip and so glad I did. Exactly as I remember, from the burgers to the fries and the shakes. The staff were incredibly friendly and they do an excellent job keeping the eating area clean. I’ll have to make an effort to stop here again on my next trip through!

Food was hot and fresh. Clean atmosphere. Workers were keeping talks going of what was status of orders was. The original building design from when A W started is rare to find.

This restaurant neglects the lobby to keep their drive-thru running. It took over 20 minutes to get my one meal. The lobby is also both outdated and beat up.
