Flavors are deliberate, timing precise. Classical French foundations anchor the menu, expanded through global influence and disciplined execution. Note: There are No highchairs, booster seats or kids menu. This is an intimate 26-seat, chef-driven restaurant, led entirely by one chef. Black Sheep L8V8D currently operates in the evening, serving dinner from 5:00–9:00 pm. By day, the space operates as Tri-State Bagels, also led by Chef Joe with separate hours and service.
