This is a pretty good Starbucks location! The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. However, they are a bit slow sometimes. But not as bad as a lot of other locations. My biggest complaint is that it can be difficult entering and exiting the parking lot. The setup is odd and you can’t see exiting because of their structure built around the garage dumpsters.

UPDATE 8/25: Went back here because I had a gift card. The latte I had this time was very good!
At least this Starbucks still has seating! I was in a hurry so wasn’t able to sit down and enjoy my coffee there. The latte I ordered was not very good, something I’ve been experiencing at many Starbucks lately.

Cozy and warm. Besides the loud music, it prevents you from concentrating. Everyone is rattling dishes, which is also distracting. Delicious black coffee.

20230329 Came back to pick up the TN Been There mug for a friend. They have plenty!! Including the TN ornaments; 20230324 I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro and they shook it up and turned into a cream coffee. It doesn’t taste the same. I’m not one to make a big deal and have them make me another one. Please make the drinks as they are designed!!! This happened at another location. I’m glad that I waited for my drink before considering tipping. Lesson learned from another location on my last trip.

Arrived before closing hours, doors unlocked. Staff in back cleaning. Took a while before they realized they had customers. The worker who came to take our orders, I saw her cleaning the floor. She never washed her hands. She took the order. She made the drink and heated the sandwich without ever washing her hands. When my chance to order, I left. Disgusting.
