Hands down, this is the best Smoothie King in MD! I frequently use the order ahead and pick-up in the drive-thru, and my smoothies are always ready on time and made to order. I add a lot of enhancers, and I can tell when they add them here, unlike some other locations. I love the fact they have a drive-thru and ordering online and scheduling makes it so convenient. After living in Montgomery, PG, and Howard Counties and visiting every Smoothie King in the area, this one excels in service, accuracy, and taste. And they’re always so respectful and nice.

Customer service is big these days! I’m a mobile app customer to the fullest, so when my order wasn’t started upon arrival, Donnie went out of his way to make it right! He and the staff provided great customer experience, a smoothie shot, and help on my next visit! In this economy, your customers have to feel valued to continue spending money eating out & Donnie definitely did that today! High protein chocolate smoothie also tasted delicious! Thank you!

Just want to say to the three teens working today November 22nd at 3:15pm you are all rockstars. So here’s the rundown… I came in and ordered the only drink I know which is the strawberry hulk and I always add muscle builder and peanut butter. I have been ordering this drink since smoothie king came to Westminster and I know how it supposed to taste. So I payed and waited and kept waiting, I can tell they were overwhelmed, so I remained calm with no complaints and just waited. My drink eventually came and it looked oddly different. It wasn’t pink and sometimes due to the peanut butter it’s slightly off pink but this was all brown. I tasted it and it felt like I was drinking medicine, I parked and went in to make a complaint and was met with smiles from everyone working and they had realized their mistake and give me my drink with apologies. This review was made to show how we all need to behave as humans… show some grace and kindness because it is not easy working in the service industry especially as teens. So please applaud your team for immediately course correcting

Prices going up up up!!! Just has the chalkiest yet wateriest smoothie at the same time it was absolutely disgusting. Used to be my go to but now it’s my will never go back to. Put the wrong store number on the drive thru window probably because they’re other location sucks too. And if someone is training they shouldn’t be upfront trying to learn without anyone teaching took 10 minutes for her to collect my payment.
