My sister, my son and I stopped to have lunch at Arby’s in Bozeman last week. There were two people waiting on people. Front counter and drive through. We ordered, sat down, waited 20 minutes for our order. Drive through lady finally asked us what we needed and gave us our order. However, I had to go back for sauces. She slammed them on the counter. I said, what did they all leave you here alone? She yelled “ they had a very stressful day!” I said well I won’t cause them anymore stress. Which she answered, you’re stressing me out now!
We are, I went back to the counter and she said what? I said I would like to speak to the manager. She replied, I am the manager. I then saw the store manager walk in. Told her the story and she was very professional and offered free food to make it better. I refused and told her I couldn’t believe that girl was a manager and she needed to stop any employees from talking to customers like that and had she been my manager, I would have fired her on the spot!! Grade is a big fat “F”!!

The cashier wandered behind the counter doing what looked like nothing of any importance while we and another party waited a few minutes for him to decide to take our order. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich was astonishingly subpar, and the tenders were very dry. The curly fries were not very curly, as the majority of them were less than an inch in length. The quality here has definitely nosedived the last couple years.

When my family and myself went there tonight not only did the two kids employees mess around but the one that was taking the orders put us on pause in the middle of our ordering! Then made us sit for a few minutes before coming back to finish our order. Not only that I know I asked for not one but two roast beef cheddar classics just the sandwiches and there was no cheese or sauce and instead rang me up for just two roast beef’s without the stuff! And on top of that this is the second time we’ve gone there and my husbands asked for not a lot of BBQ sauce and it was like he wasn’t even heard! It’s a good thing he’s not allergic just saying! This isn’t the first time my family and I have had these types of issues with this particular store. Will be taking my service elsewhere and will start telling family and friends not to waste their money or time there since neither of those seem to be a priority. Tonight I spent over $40

This place is absolutely terrible. Used to be halfway decent now it is just not worth even going Sat at the drive-through window for 20 minutes no customers inside nobody in the drive-through 20 minutes just for them to come to the window. They were Too busy talking to each other the two females also when I ordered, I asked for a couple of each sauces. The lady was really rude and said well what sauce do you want cause there’s a bunch just in case y’all don’t know some people never work at Arby’s or fast food For that matter, after asking for a couple of sauces, I look in my bag when I leave, and there is one Horsey sauce and one Arby sauce like are you serious? This place is a dump.

Only five minutes from my house by the time I get home everything was cold super sloppy roast beef not even on the bun. It was just not good. Fries were hard and tasted like fish.

Ordered a double beef and cheddar with a large curly fry and the box was half empty on arrival and the fries were cold and soft like it was an old batch this has been a consistent event and I will no longer be ordering from there

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and onions. I was charged $15 for some big cheesy thing and this is what I received. Just a dry old patty and bacon. Hard to mess curly fries I guess

Update:
Have returned to this location and just around opening time. The lobby had crumbs on seating, tables and floors. A wet floor sign was out but the floors appeared to be bone dry. Staff was attentive and polite.
My chicken cordon bleu was up to expectation, but as for my curly fries they were, chewy, some were very crispy but all-in-all seemed a little old.
Has a resort cabin feel to it. With wood exposed and not necessarily smooth and painted. Big areas for small to large groups, but then has areas for families.
Large windows that open up the rooms and give a view of the good outside.
In the roof they have solar on both sides of the building but I’m sure only one side collects useable energy.

I LOVE the options and the food is delicious however, I order Uber at work pretty regularly. And every time I request extra horseradish or Bronco Sauce I get 5 if not any. I order about 60 worth every time. I don’t see why sauce should be an issue.

Uggggg. I literally never order delivery! but after a very stressful, emotional day, and staying in a hotel. decided to treat myself with my favorites. Greek gyro, cheese sticks and a milk shake. Boy did y’all hurt my feelings. Hardly any tzech. sauce on my gyro after I requested extra because I paid for extra meat. Cheese sticks tasted hours old and no straw for my milkshake. And let’s not talk about zero napkins. Perfect ending to my already spectacular day. You’d think a $30 order for one could have used a little more effort.
