This is not the first time the pizza was like eating cardboard with cheese on top. I ordered the pizza lightly baked! It was not very enjoyable to eat. Plus the crust was very thin and the pepperoni and green peppers were shriveled, dried up and singed on the edges. The pizza almost looks like it was one of those hot and ready pizzas but I requested my pizza to also have green peppers. I think they took a hot and ready and threw it in the oven and that just dried it right out. Can’t say I could recommend this location again.

The only reason I gave the 2 stars is because the young lady at the front counter this evening was so sweet and went out of her way to make my daughter feel better. We asked for the pizza to not have super thick cheese and drowning in sauce as well as undercooked s little so it would be soft. Y’all these pizza was dogon dry and thin my daughter who love pizza wouldn’t eat anymore than a bite. So happy to have flushed our weekly dine out fund.

Dropped in hoping to pick up a supreme pie, but they didn’t have one available. They took my order and quickly cooked a special pizza and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Manager is training associates and offering incentives for highest number of sales – great job of motivating the staff.

I ordered a large 2x cooked pepperoni and sausage pizza and crazy bread with sauce. I was only given a regular cooked sausage pizza with crazy bread, no sauce. We also had to cut the pizza ourselves because the crust and the center weren’t cut all the way through.

The staff energy was sub-below. The manager came from somewhere asking, “how long y’all been out here?” He then walked away without a response, but he did say sorry to other patrons when he was giving out food orders. The staff member was scrambling around and opened several boxes before they figured out the pineapple and Italian sausage pizza was never made! It said order online next time to save, but the people that ordered online were waiting IN LINE!!!! We visited from Orlando and did not receive the expected that that we give our tourists in Orlando. Darn shame, just because of this, I can’t wait to go home. The puffs are mostly bread, uneven cooked, 40 minute wait after we ordered online. Pineapple pizza was half baked. I won’t go to that location again!

Hot and ready is not a thing here they keep 1 pizza ready thats it then. Tells you 8 mins pull in to wait spot then sit for 20 plus mins. Managers dont act right if they have online orders they say of you tip me ill push ur order to the front.

My FAVORITE for pizza! Price awesome. Extra Most bestest with Pepperoni on the side. My Grand daughter has Ulcerative Colitis and cannot eat pepperoni cooked on pizza but ok on the side. So the help me with her condition at no extra charge.

The pizza made me and my kids sick. And it was not even warm when we first purchased it through the drive thru. I was charged 16.00 for a 6.99 pizza and 5.99 crazy bread and Pepsi combo it seems like a mistake was made. I didn’t say anything because I will just go somewhere else next time.
