Not sure what’s going on there today or if this is your new normal, but I have been ordering your chicken & wild rice soup since you existed in my area which is around 2011. Tonight I paid 8.99 for a bowl of yellow water with a sad chunk of chicken in it and one carrot. I don’t even think any rice was to be found. It was not even edible and went right down my kitchen sink drain. Normally the chicken & wild rice soup is very thick and delicious with lots of flavor and rice and carrots etc. Tonight’s order of it was ridiculous and unacceptable. To add to the disappointment, the side baguettes were 1/3 of the usual size. I actually worked at Einstein’s Bagels as a young person when Panera first opened here. The management at Einstein’s forced us to water down all of the soups and chilis. We all know what happened with that company. Einstein’s bagels were definitely better than yours, but they could not compete with your other food offerings, especially the thick soups and chilis. I want a refund, but also an explanation if this is going to be your soup texture going forward.

Typical Panera. Service was quick. Spent $47 for 3 meals.
Nice selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. I like the”you pick two” selections since I can be indecisive about what I want to have for lunch. That way I get to choose two items. It is nice to take bagels and flavored cream cheese home with me for later.

I’m writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to your establishment. While seated and waiting for my food, I noticed an insect crawling across the ceiling area above the dining space. I discreetly informed one of the staff members, an employee named Jen, in a calm and respectful manner, hoping the issue would be addressed promptly.
However, I was surprised by the response. Jen looked at the insect but did not acknowledge my concern or take any further action. There was no follow-up, explanation, or effort to reassure me as a guest.
I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. For your reference, I have attached a video of the insect in question.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it leads to improved attentiveness and cleanliness standards moving forward.

Panera, is my go to on hectic weekend days when we have a lot going on. This store is close to where I need to do my errands. The store is very clean, the staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious.
Today I got a spinach and artichoke souffle. It had just come out of the oven, it was so yummy!
2/25/2022 – Panera never disappoints. Bagels today and I must say the blueberry bagels are delicious. My husband is hooked on the everything bagels.

I like to go here every other Tuesday for a bible study. Its a good place to chat and eat. Love the atmosphere and the customer service is mostly good. You can’t go wrong with the food.

My family and I really enjoy Panera Bread, and this visit to the one near The Boulevard in Abingdon was outstanding as usual. Soups, salads, sandwiches and sweet treats never disappoint. Staff at this visit were friendly and welcoming, and while overcast, it was nice to sit outside.

Great breakfast options, including souffles and egg sandwiches. The honey walnut cream cheese for bagels is really delicious! The pick 2 options are nice for lunch. Salads are very fresh. Soups are tasty, with customizable sandwiches.

I ordered curbside. Curbside is typically fast and accurate and the food is typically good. However, the last couple of times I have gone they have gone down hill a bit. I am pretty disappointed about my salad I received today but still gave 4 stars because typically they are on point. This time they game me a lot of the core of the salad.

I asked for extra chipotle sauce for my sandwich instead of the MANAGER putting it on my sandwich..she wouldnt do that for me she just handed it to me in side containers. For around the holidays the customer service was HORRIBLE!! especially from the MANAGER!!! The panera in White Marsh is 100 times better!!!
