I’ve never had a bad experience and I go here bright and early in the cold to get breakfast. There are two young ladies in particular I can’t recall their names, but they are amazing at what they do! They remember my preferences and order and without me even needing to ask, they instinctually put my extras in the bag every time! I LOVE this location. The girls both typically run drive thru, go give them a visit! I even tip them in cash when I have extra bills on me. There is also a very kind lady that works drive thru when these two don’t, she’s Hispanic with the sweetest demeanor.

Typically dont have issues with this place in the morning. However, at night time, I always see the staff smoking while standing right in the drive through lane. Which usually I dont care about, however I received an order and the sandwich I got smelled distinctly like cigarettes, and it almost made me vomit. Clearly the staff did not take proper hygiene precautions and made my sandwich after smoking. I just threw the sandwich away, it was not worth it.

I received horrible service. I have never been to a 24-hour McDonald’s worse than this. The person running the pay register failed to give us a receipt, so when I pulled up to the “Pick-up” spot, they refused to give me the order because there wasn’t a receipt, yet I never received one. I ended up waiting in line for about 10 minutes, after almost being refused my order because I didn’t have a receipt.
This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this. I beg, please work on this.

Excellent service except for the soft drink that wasn’t flavored with the sprite syrup flavor and I didn’t realize that issue until after the fact. Not to others when going through the drive thru taste your drunk and check your order before driving away.

Ordered 5 things for my family. A quarter pounder, 2 10 piece nuggets, a filet o fish and a big mac. The filet o fish was so smashed you’d think someone punched it, the quarter pounder wasnt a quarter pounder at all, instead they gave me a normal cheeseburger in a quarter pounder box, the nuggets didnt come with the sauce i paid extra for, the big mac was completely missing. This goes beyond messing up an order this is genuine negligence. Do not order from this location. If one of the cooks is having a bad day they will take it out on you and your wallet. Do better, this is a joke.

This McDonald’s is really hit or miss when it comes to food quality. The apple pies are sometimes rock hard and not edible, and the ice cream occasionally has an odd flavor. On the positive side, the service here is usually good — staff are friendly and orders come out quickly. Overall, it’s convenient, but consistency with the food could definitely be better.

I’m unhappy with my order. I specifically ordered a large-sized burger, but I received a small one instead. The chicken nuggets were soggy, not crispy as expected. I also requested spicy, but there was no heat. Sauce also missing. No straw . I’m questioning the value for money.”

I recently got the app and have been using it. The deals are so so but the convenience is much better. You can order when you are close and then bypass the paying part and just go to the delivery window. That does not mean that you go to the front of the line so be forewarned! You are still at the mercy of those who take forever to make up their minds while ordering.
I gave the food a four as occasionally you still get the fluctuations in quality. I did however discover the double hamburger, which is my favorite.
