This was my first visit to Bruster’s in Winchester, and I was truly impressed. They offer a wide variety of flavors, making it easy to find something for everyone. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious aroma of freshly made waffle cones that filled the air. It really adds to the atmosphere. Overall, Bruster’s is hands down the best ice cream shop in Winchester, and I look forward to returning

Our first visit, but not last. I did not know Bruster’s existed until I was searching for a dessert shop. They should advertise better. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady. She was helpful and very Knowledgable. The banana ice cream is the best. The Heath bar, evidently had been frozen and didn’t even taste or look like Heath. The waffle bowl was not crispy and very bland. I will return, but not get toppings or waffle.

I love coming here with my Dad. He will be 85 this May. I brought him here a month ago. I live out here and he lives in Burke, Virginia, Fairfax County. He drove all the way out here today on a Sunday to get what he calls a “Nanner Split” With me, his 61-year-old daughter.. So special, great memories!!!

Came in on customer “appreciation” day in pajamas with my family and even though its absolutely nowhere on the advertisements apparently you have to have on matching sets so people went without the advertised free ice cream. Feel very “appreciated” normally have a good time here.

Needed a cake quicker than the 48 hour expected turnaround time. Called in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Got the exact cake we wanted the next day and it did not disappoint. Was large, with well portioned layers, and each part is very tasty. Will be our new go-to for ice cream cakes.

Well I have never had a turtle sundae with whip cream on top. The sundae was good minus the whip cream. My wife had the pecan ice cream and it had tons of pecan in it. They can use a few more tables outside for their costumers.

Rich creamy ice cream. The Graham Central and chocolate peanut butter were wonderful together in the waffle cone. The small was a nice amount but my friends small portion in a dish was much smaller.

My husband and I went for the first time the other day. I had a waffle bowl with their salted caramel toffee and caramel brownie batter ice creams. Sublime combination! My husband had a waffle cone with salted caramel toffee and peanut butter Oreo. Out ice cream was super creamy, the nicest texture, and the waffle was fresh and crisp. They don’t skimp on the fillings either! I don’t know what others are comparing the price to, but I thought it was very fair (especially for freshly made real ice cream) and much less than other stores. Each of our ice creams cost $6.25 and were huge and filling. Our new favorite ice cream place!
