Missing Link Foods makes fully prepared healthy meals from scratch using fresh ingredients- there’s no pre-made anything. We know how hard it is to balance a healthy diet with a busy life, so we do all the menu planning, shopping, chopping, and cooking, so you don’t have to. All you have to do is order on our website and choose one of our seven pick up locations in the Treasure Valley. Then you pick up your fully prepared fresh meals on Tuesday and reheat them when you’re ready.

The meals here are so affordable, healthy and delicious!! I have tried a bunch of meal delivery services, like HelloFresh, and felt like there were so wasteful with the packaging, and required so much cooking and prepping still, and not to be mention were already as expensive as Missing Links Food! I LOVE that the food here is already cooked, it helps me and my family eat so much healthier, and honestly we are saving money because we aren’t eating out or wasting food leftover from meal prep. I love that it’s a local business to help support as well. They also have great customer service, and I emailed asking if they would have an option to automatically subscribe to meals, and they said it would be coming soon! Very highly recommend to anyone searching for healthy affordable options that are already cooked.
(And as a side note, I didn’t really know what a paleo/primal diet was, but have found all of the food delicious, so don’t let that deter you if you’ve never tried it before).
