We go to First Watch often after church, but today’s visit truly stood out. From the moment we were seated, the experience was exceptional—largely thanks to Chad, who has been our server before and once again went above and beyond.

Chad immediately brought our drinks, took our orders, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our tastes. We had a child with us, and he was incredibly attentive by making sure her breakfast came out first, which was so appreciated and made the experience even smoother for our family. That level of care does not go unnoticed.

The restaurant was spotless, including the bathrooms, which always says a lot about a place. Our food was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. This continues to be our favorite First Watch location, and after today, we will absolutely be requesting Chad every time we visit.

Consistently great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere—this location never disappoints!

Upon entry, the hostess open the door forus and was kind, happy, and friendly. Our waiter was also very kind and friendly. Our food (presentation wise) came out looking amazing…. however… my waffle was burnt at the bottom… the kids enjoy the crunch.. I did not so they ate it for me… the potatoes I had also came out burnt. I do enjoy a little crispy potato but majority of them were burnt i had to drench them in ketchup but it still didnt help.

My son got a chocolate chip pancake that was also burnt at the bottom he didn’t eat any of it.

The hot chocolate, multigrain toast, orange juice, scrambled eggs, and purple haze drink were amazing though. Usually First watch is on point but today the ball was dropped food wise which is unfortunate. I didnt send anything back bc I was too hungry to wait for a new order. It would have been better to come out perfect the first time.

The atmosphere is also great. However it is extremely too cold.

Went to First Watch in Prosper for an anniversary breakfast and it was a great experience! We had the oatmeal, avocado toast with three poached eggs, their new donut special , some amazing bacon , and one of their fresh homemade drinks —everything was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely a nice spot for breakfast or brunch!

During a midweek brunch, I decided to try First Watch for the first time. The restaurant was clean, and our server, Sophie, was friendly. Since it was our first visit, the GM, Karen, came to check on us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I noticed that Karen regularly checked on other tables, indicating her commitment to customer service.

The food was absolutely delicious! We sampled some of their seasonal menu items and their iced coffees. The menu had unique recipes that weren’t commonly found at other restaurants.

I opted for the Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash and the Honey Caramel Crunch coffee. I could only finish half of the plate, but it was incredibly satisfying. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I believe they only added about 3 ounces of steak, which was just right for the plate’s size. However, I would have preferred double the amount.

My mom ordered the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and the Mint Mocha coffee. She mentioned that the tacos had lots of eggs and a good balance meat. The tortillas were not too soft that they tore when picking up, but they were also not too tough to chew. She suggested adding a squeeze of lime to enhance the flavor. The coffee was also really good.

Considering the type of breakfast restaurant, we think the serving sizes and prices are reasonable. The plates cost around $15, and the specialty drinks are $5 each.

This place definitely gets overlooked. Our first time here and everything was really great. From the moment we got greeted to the moment we got our food! The farmhouse vibes are a plus in my book, plus I really like the fact to that they have several healthy options you can substitute for! Trust, you won’t be disappointed!

Such a nice place and Josie was our server. Have no complaints. We are eggetarian and she did a great job doing custom flavors for us. House bread is awesome and so was tomato basil soup. Market veggie sandwich is awesome. I asked her to add 2 eggs with cheese and it became super. Do come here for relaxing breakfast… BTW coffee was so good.

Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash – down right the best brunch dish I’ve ever had.

Unlike your typical American brunch in which you kind of eat each item separately with various additional condiments, such as potatos with ketchup and eggs with salt and pepper, this dish has such a cohesive mix of flavors and textures that it is practically a piece of art. It’s unfortunate that it on the seasonal menu, and I’ll be sad when they take it down after Fall…
