Ordered a big order today on Monday for the office, thought I would try the French dip, first problem was there was no dip so it was a dry French, second problem was because there was no dip. Dip. I could taste the meat and it tasted really old so I opened it up. The meat looked awful, I took a picture. I normally enjoy their sandwiches. I don’t know if it’s a Monday thing or what but not sure I’ll be back.

Can’t remember the last time I visited a Firehouse Subs, but the small size sub seemed extremely small. Not impressed with how it was prepared, very sloppy. The “potato soup” was way too watery and runny. The young man taking orders was very polite, the food preparers, not at all. Whomever manages this location, tell your employees that a smile and kindness towards the customers is vital for the business, especially if the food isn’t that great.

The whole entire restaurant was NASTY! When speaking with the manager on duty, a very old white lady with no name tag. She simply looked up and ignored me. The cashier then said “we busy we don’t have time for that.” The manager does NOT know how to manage! She definitely can’t work well under pressure! When I reiterated my concern for the overall management of this business. I again was ignored! REPLACE MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!

The Firehouse Steak and Cheese was good. I had not tried this Sub but I guess it was not all I expected. It’s not that the sub wasn’t good because it was. Added extra toppings like mushrooms and peppers. For a medium sized sub its not a bad portion. The prices are fair but a little high. Paired it with a large drink and chips. Good service just a bit of a waiting time.

Place is super clean. The service is awesome and punctual. Not to mention the food is just straight on point! Great proportions and great ratios! Dining-in is a pleasant experience and food is usually ready two or three minutes right before your pickup order if you order by app or online. These guys are always doing a great job! Love it and I will be definitely coming back!

Just look at that perfect veggie to meat/cheese ratio. Look at it!!! These amazing men & ladies know what they’re doing! I’m very picky about my sandwiches. These people know how to knock it out of the ballpark. They were busy and still took the time to make every sandwich beautiful. Yes… I checked out the other customer’s sandwiches. No shame.
