This is the best ramen I’ve ever had. I absolutely love ramen and have tried several restaurants and even made both Tonkotsu and Miso at home and it’s just incomparable to this restaurant. The Yuzu Miso Ramen will haunt my dreams. I just finished and already want it again.
The server was very friendly and fast and the restaurant was charming and clean. It has limited seating so make sure to come early. I’m 1000% coming back!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Hands down the BEST ramen I’ve ever had in my life.. No other comes close to this place. Delicious. Melt in your mouth flavor in every bite. I feel honored to eat here. Chef’s hospitality makes you feel like he invited you into his personal home. Wouldn’t recommend any other place for Ramen before this one. Very well done. Thank you so much Chef!!

We went to the ramen Akita with the family for lunch. Although there was only one person – owner, chef?- the service was attentive and personable. The menu was simple, which IMO, is preferable compared to a long list and the food/ramen was excellent. I tried the chicken karaage and spicy garlic chicken ramen. The broth was savory and flavorful and the texture of the ramen was just right.

My new favorite ramen spot. The pork broth ramen was well balanced and savory. Noodles were and chewy and perfect. The pork belly was thick cut and had amazing flavor. I will be coming here again.

I’m not exaggerating , this is the best ramen in the Metroplex. The broth is clean, rich, and so comforting. The chef is genuinely kind, and you can tell he cares about what he’s serving. It’s not always packed, but don’t let that stop you, this place deserves the hype.

As they operate out of Moonlight atm, seating fills up quickly during dinner hours. Highly recommend making reservations after 6 PM on their busy days.
Jazz-themed decor and music made the dining experience very intimate.
My wife and I each got our own ramen and opted for the daily chutoro special; it did not disappoint. It was so fresh that my wife, who is usually unable to eat seafood due to the smell of most sashimi, was able to enjoy two large pieces of the chutoro. The Nagoya ramen has a spicy kick from the special chili oil, and the Tokyo shoyu ramen is definitely full of umami. If you haven’t dined here yet, you are definitely missing out!

I got the spicy garlic chicken ramen and it was out of this world. Might be my newest favorite ramen in DFW. Definitely coming back and would 10/10 recommend.

The food here was pretty mediocre in my opinion. Kept hearing about it and wasn’t impressed. Kind of weird to order a spicy pork shoyu with all the ingredients at the bottom. There were multiple noodles that were sticking together and the noodles were a bit mushy. The broth did make up for my review from a two star to a three star though. I did try the beef tataki and again, wasn’t impressed. I think everyone should give it a try though before going off my review since we all have different taste buds. Some of you guys might actually like this place. It isn’t a 4+ rated place for nothing.

The best ramen I’ve ever had and the best service. There was one man working (owner?) with a full restaurant and he managed to give great service to everyone and work in such a quick manner. Also just a very kind man. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! 10/10

Excellent place! We were visiting Dallas, and came here following a recommendation. Spicy chicken was very spicy but also very delicious, Garlic pork also incredible! The staff is so attentive and friendly. The owner gave us complimentary desserts too — nice gesture fully topping our already amazing experience, we will absolutely be back! Thank you
Edit: came back a year later, still as delicious as we remembered. Also you can ask for spice on the side and that makes all the difference being able to control the level 🙂
