Went last night for dinner. Was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a table. They had plenty of empty tables. We asked if we could wait at the bar & get a drink. Waiter was rude & uninterested. Waitress at the bar had to ask if it was ok for us to sit at bar& wait. No one seemed interested in taking our drink order at the bar. When they finally did, we were told that the fountain drink station was not working & the only thing available to drink was water. We left & won’t be back,

Ordered through Uber eats and I was quite disappointing. It only allows me to post 1 picture but meat was so hard and all fat that I wasn’t able to eat it. Very chewey. The chicken from the Chicken pho was also very hard. Chicken Pho didn’t have any flavor.

This place has gone downhill quick. It used to be our go to for pho but never again. I received my order and it was missing all the pho toppings. No basil, no jalapeños, no bean sprouts, no limes, no hoisin or sriracha. First off, they DO NOT answer their phone. I tried calling a few times because I wanted to confirm my order with uncooked noodles. No answer. I called again a few times because I ordered at 5:20pm and it was over an hour and 1/2 and still not received. Then tried again when I noticed missing items. I called over and over until someone finally picked up. This took about 30mins. I explained that we are missing items and they said “oh we forgot to pack it with your order” then silence on the other line. So I had to ask what they will do about it and the response was “we don’t have a driver so if you want to you can pick it up” I told them I can’t that’s why I ordered delivery and I am under the weather and wanted to have pho to feel better. She said “sorry” and I asked ” is there anything else you can do? I just spent $150 for dinner that isn’t everything I ordered”. She “asked her manager” and repeated again that if I wanted to pick it up I could. Just terrible service. They have lost another customer.

Food is great and we love eating from here but there have been MULTIPLE times when we call ahead for food or order it online and they just forget to make the order creating quite the hassle when getting it. A couple of these times my partner has gone in to get the pre-ordered food and received very rude and slow service when they are the ones to mess up.
Finally right now they just got home from a late shift at work and wanted some Pho. I order it at 8 and the order doesn’t get finished until 9:16PM AFTER they close and AFTER i complain to Postmates that the food is too late and they have waved off 3 drivers.
The fact this keeps happening is very disheartening and I don’t know if I want to keep giving them my business.

Fantastic service. Our waitress was fast, so so kind. We had never had pho before and were excited to try. We got the lemon grass beef pho, the brisket pho, and a Bahn mi sandwich. The broth of the pho was so incredibly flavorful. Rich, hearty, hot. It soaked into the noodles perfectly. The meat was tender and juicy.
The real star of the show was the Bahn mi sandwich. I’ll go back just for that. It came with broth to dip it in and honest to God, it’s probably my favorite food on this planet now. The portion was huge, the side vegetables fresh and crisp. I highly recommend putting the cold cucumbers in the sandwich. It gives it such dimensional flavor.
The restaurant was clean, no sticky tables or torn up seating. No straw wrappers or forgotten veggies under tables. Diverse patrons, ranging from laborers on their lunch breaks, to families with small kids and babies, elderly groups and couples.
Seating is plentiful, options for both booths and tables available. Window seating was prime. Inside temperature was nice and cool, clearly air conditioned, a welcome change to the heat outside.
Workers were prompt in service. Waters and drinks always topped, check-ins minimal, but not too infrequent. Staff seamed happy to be at work. When the food was brought out, each dish with its garnished acknowledged and explained if we had a question.
Parking was plentiful. Large parking lot, restaurant location in an accessible, easy location to spot with nice bright lettering. Building well maintained and clean.
10/10. This restaurant gets a perfect score from me.

Disappointed to have to give this restaurant a negative review since I have been eating here for years. Long story short my husband and I were ignored the majority of our meal by our waiter and person who seemed to be in charge had zero service recovery skills. We will not be wasting our money here again.

Honestly this is my favorite pho restaurant. I am giving it a one star not because of the food, but because of the front desk service. The phone line is frequently unavailable. I had to order through door dash pickup to even place an order. Which quoted me 15 minute wait time. It is now an hour later and still have not received an update. People have come to the restaurant, ordered to go and been able to receive their items before me. I am having a hard time even confirming the restaurant has my order. Frustrating to say the least. Total wait time for a pick was an hour and a half before the guy at the front desk finally confirmed they never got the order. I had to call DoorDash for a refund from the restaurant and cancelled my order. Waste of my time.

This used to be my favorite pho spot, however, there seems to be a change in management and they have a completely new crew of servers and front desk workers that do not offer great service like they used to. We used to be able to make orders through the phone and now the calls seem to be ignored as no one answers. We decided to dine in and I used to be immediately greeted by the workers. This time the new front desk worker made eye contact and walked away before walking back to ask if we wanted to order to go or dine in. Decided to let it go and she told us to sit at a table. The floor at that table was trashed with food leftovers that no one bothered to sweep up and our shoes were getting food on them which just felt unhygienic. We waited about 10-15 minutes and the same front worker made eye contact with me several times and didn’t even offer us a menu and no one attended to us. We decided to leave as we were hungry and preferred quicker service and the front desk lady said bye which was the icing on the cake after being ignored the whole time. I will no longer recommend this place or be stopping by.
