Terrible! No one would come to counter and then when asked if they had their flame broiled sandwiches still the worker rolled their eyes and said no. Walked out w/o ordering. Will go somewhere with better customer service.

i decided to get milkshakes from here last night & what i received was absolutely disgusting. tasted like sour milk, they served me ruined ice cream. i went back and asked for them to fix it and they literally hand me a small milk out of the window to water it down. not to mention i was extremely nice because i understand mistakes happen. that was not given back. it is the next day and im currently sick throwing up. i’m so very disappointed but i wouldnt even be writing this if they were sweeter about it..

As someone who frequents BK’s regularly, I find this store to be hit or miss in regards to service. The lunch crew are fast, professional, and but my burgers are not always hot. The evening crew however is extremely slow at times. Nov 14, around 5:15pm I sat in drive thru for 37 minutes from pull up to the line to order, to placing my order/being pulled forward, and them bringing my order out to me. The food was fairly warm. I live an hour away from FC and have no burger King so I asked for no condiments on the burgers. They still lathered them up. We keep sesame seed buns at home for these situations lol, so ♂️. In my opinion, a few minor tweaks and this place would be more efficient.

Service was super slow, took us about 10 minutes to be able to order inside and another 15 to get our food. Food was ok. They messed up multiple items (e.g. Cheese on the plain jr hamburger), but did fix it quickly when we brought the food back.

General manager Tatiana needs to be replaced. Her attitude is stank. I had a doordash order and she lied and told me somebody already picked it up just for me to leave and have to come back and get it. then she acted like nothing happened. If you don’t want to work girl stay at home we will not miss you or your stinking attitude

The drive thru person asked me WHAT I WANT very rudely after sitting in line for 15 minutes before I ordered. Then said she only had 1 hour of sleep, the service was awful. The food mediocre. Skip this one completely
