BAD, so bad, so so bad!! AVOID it at all cost!!
Just finish my visit and cant forgave to myself….
Been keen Hard Rock fan, so far visited 76 cafes and hotels around the world and never wrote anything about, nor good nor bad. But, this time overall atmosphere and particularly employees made me so angry tha I must write it so everyone get to know.
First, restaurant was almost empty, and very rude and quite big afro guy seated me near the lavatory…..then came a chinese waitress, she was below any comment, rude and unpolite for a medal!
The menu is from past century and well overpriced.
My burger came relatively quick but nothing aside, not even napkin.
Of course they came and ask: ” Is it everything ok”?
No it is not!!!
Bill came fast but not even facial glimpse from the chinese waitress, no place for thank you ao even good bye. Shame!
Choice of music was , lets say, folk. Nothing harder than Meatloaf balade! This was all but NO ROCK, HARD even less.
After that sad experience with the restaurant and staff I visit the Rock shop to buy some memorabilia
Guy, this time genuine Irish was lets say unprofessional and there is no discount even for the members( everywhere in the world its normal to get 10% discount just if you wear hrc t shirt) and again, the prices are abnormally high. T shirt more than 40 Euros, come on guys
So, advice: Avoid it, run away from this cafe.
HARD ROCK CAFE management, please make attention to this cafe and its employees, they are shame and make great damage to your reputation.

Popped in here on a recent Friday. Actually Valentine’s Eve. We availed of a Valentine’s special set menu and the kids’ menu which offered excellent starters and mains plus delicious desserts. The waitress was lovely, very attentive to our needs. They accept Dine in Dublin vouchers which was handy as I had one left over from Christmas. The hot wings really hit the spot. Would highly recommend. We’ll definitely return

We had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in Dublin and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The service was excellent—our servers were not only attentive but also genuinely funny, social, and happy to engage in a friendly chat. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start.

The vibe of the place is fantastic: lively, cozy, and filled with great music that adds to the overall experience. The food portions were generous, and everything we tried was delicious. The desserts were also a highlight—truly worth saving room for!

What really stood out to us was how much the staff seemed to genuinely care about their guests. They were friendly, interested, and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another table. That personal touch made the evening feel special.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy good food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere, I can’t recommend this Hard Rock Cafe enough. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again—and I definitely would.

I’m an avid Hard Rock fan and visited the Hard Rock all over the globe. The experience at the Dublin branch was a mixed bag. Lady in the shop was terrific and we had a nice talk, the staff in the Cafe not so much. Instead of engaging with customers they all stand together talking to each other. I overheard a conversation where one of them used the phrase ‘motherf-er’ when telling a story to his colleague. Empty plates not noticed, not kind when asking for another drink. Too self absorbed. Not what is expected of Hard Rock hospitality.

Hard Rock Cafes the world over have good cheeseburgers! We also had the blackened chicken pasta. It was good!

They were busy so service was a little slow. Not bad considering.

Amazing place, I love going to every Hardrock cafe I cross and it was my first time here, prices are as usual in others, food was tasty and the ambience very cool, definitely going back!

The Hard Rock restaurant is an iconic place where we can see the washed-up clothes of retired or no longer performing rock stars . Of course, this gives the place a unique atmosphere! The service is very good; the staff is friendly and quick! The food reflects the traits of American restaurant chains, meaning that often, people pay more for the ambiance and decor rather than the food itself. I’m not saying the food isn’t good, but in terms of value for money, the prices are a bit high! For those guests who love Messi, I have good news: almost every picture on the menu features his wonderful face, trying to sell us the burger that bears his name .

I had an incredible time at the Hard Rock Cafe in Dublin. From the moment you walk in, the energy is electric. The walls are lined with legendary memorabilia—seeing Jimi Hendrix’s guitar and Beatles memorabilia up close while you eat is an experience in itself.
The food was top-tier. I highly recommend the Diablo Burger if you like a bit of a kick, and the Spicy Chicken Wings were perfectly cooked. We also tried the Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese, which was pure comfort food.
What really made the night, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, high-energy, and made us feel like rock stars. Plus, they have live music five nights a week, which adds such a great local Dublin flare to the classic Hard Rock atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a fun night out with great cocktails, iconic music history, and a lively crowd, this is the spot!
