Got 2 fish and 2 regular chicken sandwiches. The fish were bland and tasteless. McDonalds or Burger King taste much better. The chicken sandwiches I got were spicy, not suppose to be. They were so so. Don’t care for spicy and the taste was ok. Does not compare to the best, which is Chick-fil-a. Probably first and last time.

Foods always good, but don’t plan on getting your food in a timely fashion, not a soul in this building besides me and the workers, placed an order and it took 25 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits. Food was great, could imagine with 6+ people in the back that food could be a tad bit quicker

I am the last guy to EVER leave a bad review but people need to be warned about negligence like this. The staff were very nice but I now have food poisoning. After scarfing down 1 of my supremes today I thought something was off and I pulled another one open and to my horror the chicken is RAW. They’re all pink squishy raw inside. I love bojangles but stuff like this can put people in the hospital. Beyond disappointing and I’ll never be back.

The food is great, but service is horrendously slow and unprofessional. I placed a curbside pickup and though I was only waiting for 12 ish minutes before driving to the drive thru, (ended up waiting 15 ish in all), I did it for the purpose of saving time. 3-4 cars got through the drive thru while I was waiting. I got up there and they JUST printed out my receipt after I told them my name twice. Then they proceeded to work as slow as slugs. When they got back and handed me my food, I asked if curbside works, all they said was “no”. No apology or explanation or anything. If curbside doesn’t work, why’s it an option and why did I waste my time? And why could y’all see my receipt on your end if it doesn’t work? Normally I don’t get all worked up, but they seem to always have issues every time I come through, which isn’t often due to reasons like this.

Well..here we are again. This place was getting better after my last review a few years ago…but now we’re back to this. Do better. These biscuits aren’t cheap. It’s not right. You all ought to be ashamed. If you can’t handle putting a biscuit together, you need to take the day off or find a different line of work. Plain and simple. Do better. Be better. Think about other people for a change. There’s literally no excuse for this. Some of you, I’m sure, will read this review and think “It’s just one biscuit what’s the big deal?” And that, my friends, is the problem. For the record, this is *supposed* to be a bacon, egg and cheese. We seem to be missing some key ingredients here.

Check your meal before you leave. They ask you ehat type of sides and dipping sauce you would like and they never give it to you! I ordered a 5pc supreme combo. Never got my drink, also never got my dipping sauce (honey mustard), and also they didnt even put gravy on my mash potatoes with gravy! Horrible service as well. They take forever coming to the window to greet you.

I occasionally try and support fast food places but experiences like this morning make it difficult. Food was barely warm and why are you serving old and cold fries at 10:30AM!!!! People will serve you food that they would get mad at if you gave it to them!! Ridiculous. So I have to pay a higher price for cold and older food!!!???
