It’s my birthday this is the third time I’ve gone to this location in the middle of the day and the app says they’re closed. I couldn’t redeem my birthday gift. Rudely refused by crew and manager to correct the situation in any capacity. Only acknowledged as people when we said we weren’t leaving. If they had been nice about it we would’ve been on our way. Scared to even order food for the fact that they’re so rude and would likely do something to it. This location needs to close down and find new staff. Stopped in for a few sandwiches. Managed to get the purchase correct and the sandwiches were good. NASTY attitude from employee at the window. I asked for some Arby’s sauce…he handed me four. I asked for some more…handed me 4 more. Then he tells someone else in the kitchen that he had put 6 sauces in the bag and this lady wants like 10 more. Well I just spent $15. On 2 sandwiches and he wants me to feel bad for asking for extra sauce?? He condemns a customer for asking for extra sauce and wants me to feel bad for asking for extra sauce?? I’m not a big Arby’s fan at this location as it is…but this employee needs to wise up as to his loud mouth and nasty attitude has just cost his employer another customer. BTW…your QR code surveys are not working. Otherwise corporate would have heard of this . Arby’s has new selections, steak bites, and the Gyro. Both are delicious. The reuban and curly fries are my favorites. This drive through location has very efficient & friendly staff.

Im and uber driver. They refuse to turn off their orders even though they claim they aren’t receiving them. When I had uber ordering at a restaurant I could turn it off anytime or call uber to turn it off. They are being lazy and bringing down driver ratings by forcing us to cancel orders they refuse to make.

They made meat mountain no questions asked. 10/10 service. Curly fries were bomb, same with the mozzarella sticks. The location does not do dining in.

I order Arbys a lot and normally my order is hot and 100% correct. Firstly, I ordered 12 ketchup packets and only received 5. Secondly, my chicken and curly fries are not even slightly warm. Absolutely livid about this order. Yall have never delivered me a bad order until now, and with 3 adults behind the window, I feel extremely annoyed it’s like this. Pleasant workers, but that doesn’t mean much when the order is stale and missing sauces.
