Tried a few dishes here. Firecracker shrimp and the corn dip were fine. The rainbow trout was delicious and well cooked, and the chicken salad was surprisingly very good. The udon noodles were also enjoyable.
Kids menu is solid, the kids burger and s’mores were amazing. Friendly staff and great service. Very convenient since we were staying at the resort, making it an easy and comfortable dining option during our stay.

Great place for drinks! We tried the espresso martini and the amaretto sour, both amazing. Everything was busy but staff was kind and attentive. Our bartender Juan made an amazing job!

Came here with the family for a quick refuel while walking around Winter Park. The food was great and Christina and Lucy took great care of our table. Our favorite was the baked avocado. The smores is massive, between four of us we didn’t even finish half so next time we will probably go for a different dessert.

Best place in Winter Park to hold a rehearsal dinner. We rented the entire venue for June 27, 2025, with 75 guests; no one ever waited for food or drinks. They were very accommodating regarding decorating and setup for the event. Kevin, Clay, and the entire staff were amazing! The food was first class. I can’t recommend or thank Vertical enough for making our rehearsal dinner an unforgettable experience. 5 STAR +

We loved Vertical Bistro! We were in town for a week from Houston and loved it. We ended up eating here 4 times during our stay. The atmosphere is wonderful, the view is incredible and right over the ice skating rink. The chef and servers were all personable and lovely. We enjoyed the tomato bisque, chili and corn dip were some of our favorites. Highly recommend!

The food and dining experience was nothing short of spectacular!! We had the elk medalions, spinach mushroom ravioli with trout, and the 12oz ribeye with balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. The raspberry cheesecake and chocolate pecan sundae were amazing desserts. The beer selection was fabulous as well. Highly recommend the graham cracker vanilla porter and the easy street wheat on draft. Eli was our server. He was very attentive to our needs, our drinks were always full, our orders were on point, and he was very friendly even though they were super busy this Christmas Eve. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Top 3 meals I’ve ever had, hands down. Sorry no pictures, but we ate and drank it all.

Had an excellent meal with my friends tonight at Vertical! Right off the bat we got our table pretty quick even though it was busy and put in our order. While we were waiting, the bartender Juan hooked it up with some top teir drinks, the aspen aged old fashioned and the mountain mule were amazing! We had 2 orders of Swedish meatballs and firecracker shrimp for our apps and the ribeye and elk medallions as our mains. Everything came out pretty quick and it was cooked to absolute perfection, we can’t recommend this place enough!! Couldn’t help but to overhear the table next to us speaking very rudely to the server (who btw was doing awesome) in a busy restaurant on a Thursday night. If you’re reading this you rock! , and we will definitely be back the next time we come skiing in WP!
