Mess up one simple cheeseburger nobody in the line…. whatever mistakes happen, but then you close 10 minutes early and don’t answer.At the very least say we are closed. As someone who’s worked fast food for many years now. It’s frankly pathetic, it’s way too easy to be acting this way pal You make a mistake, you rectify it. You don’t close early. Your hours are listed for a reason, when you don’t follow that you lose trust in the community, nobody wants to waste their time on a place that might be open. This is a continuous issue with this location specifically. It has also been the same man every time, but hey i get it you take what you can get… but what you have is pretty bad hopefully somebody teaches this guy customer service and etiquette! Some people need that common sense, not many are born with it anymore.

I don’t usually give bad reviews for any restaurant, but this place disappointed me more than twice now. Once, I was at the drive-thru and got pollen on my fries as they were already cold. Though it was just a mistake but today i have hair in my mc double that i had to pull out of my mouth, and after closely observing the sandwich, i found another. After reading the comments about employee hygiene now I really regret the decision to go there.

This McDonald’s was remodeled during the pandemic, I believe. Anyway, it looks great inside now. Had two better experiences recently than one visit a few years back which kind of kept me away. My orders were correct, and the food was good. The McGriddles meal, one morning, was especially tasty. Staffing is probably still an issue like everywhere else, but the place is improved.

Last night at about 9 pm, my family and I went through Clintonville while traveling. We stopped for a quick bite at this McDonald’s. When we got our fries, they were cold and hard as potato chips, like they just dropped them in oil again. The burgers were okay but the rest of our meals were a bit cold. We couldn’t go back to exchange anything etc… because we were on the road. Very disappointing.

My husband ordered breakfast through the app 15 minutes before it ended when it said our order was ready I left to go pick it up (10 minutes after breakfast ended) I get there and they said they can’t make our order cause breakfast is over. I said “even though we ordered it before breakfast was over??” The girl said “yep, we can’t see the order till you come to pick it up, you’ll see your refund in 24-48 hours”

I call bs.. don’t we order through the app so our food is ready for pick up when we get there? This goes against every policy they have. We will be reaching out to corporate this store needs to be shut down. Staff is extremely rude and have no hygiene.

I made a mobile order today at 10:20. 10 minutes before breakfast ends and that gives them MORE than enough time to make 1 sandwich and a hash brown. The app said it was ready so I came up in the drive through and this girl is immediately rude, “are you using the mobile app or what?” I said yes and told her my code and she immediately comes back with your order is breakfast “we don’t serve breakfast, can you not see that it’s 10:35?” and I said “well yes but I ordered it at 10:20, 15 minutes ago!” And she said nope I can’t do it your money will be on your card, and again we do not sell breakfast.” And continued to shame me for ordering breakfast on my mobile app. I said “well thank you but you didn’t have to be so rude.” She came back with “I can if I want too” and I drove away. This place should seriously get shut down. Staff hygiene is disgusting, they’re all rude and have no respect for customers, and the whole place is just disgusting, floors are filthy and so are some of the people who work there. Watched them clear every order on the screen to keep the times lower. Still took almost 15 minutes to get a burger and fries. Fries were very old. Burger was cold. Bun was stale. Very bad service as well for lunch earlier today.

Was there for lunch today. Took 15 minutes to get a snack wrap. Wasn’t bad, but took way too long. They prioritized the drive through line, while making customers inside wait.

We did a few separate orders and did curbside pickup, the service fast, easy, and fun. The food however needs a little work. All the burgers red in middle and all the way through. The dog ate well this night. We called them and they offered to send out coupons for replacements. All in all we will certainly give them another try and they did attempt to correct a mistake.
