Ordered some pizzas and they “left to deliver the pizza at 10:06pm” and it never came, called 1st never picked up, then called again and they answered only to tell me “oh shes on her way, give her a minute” then I said then why does it say it’s been “Delivered” when I never got the food?! Paid over (roundup) $70! Like CMON NOW?! Then he wanna say “oh well another lady called and said the same thing that it didn’t get delivered so give her a second, yah!” Huh? Brotha! WHY DOES IT SAY DELIVERED WHEN ITS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED TILL 11:20pm, you shouldn’t click the button till it’s ACTUALLY DELIVERED! So ?! Yap CAME AND ALL THE FOOD IS COLD AND NO GARLIC SAUCE! ORDERED 6 SO A WASTE OF $6 and WASTE OF A TIP! SO WASTE OF ALL THAT MONEY! So WASTE OF A CALL AND MONEY! Plus unprofessional behavior from the employees, drivers and the person on the phone like cmon! SMH over $50! Bruh -DONT let them pictures fool you! Looks “good” but not even hot and what the driver went out for a drive somewhere in mequon like REALLY?! When you was just by the house?! Hadda make two calls for yall to finally deliver it 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE! RLY?!

The customer service received 12/25/25 at 11:45am was totally unacceptable! The young lady never acknowledge me waiting at the counter for5 minute while she was somewhere in the back, then she asked for my name as if she had an attitude and didn’t want to be at work. To add to the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service, she slowly took pizzas out of the oven and gave food to a driver and never communicated anything with me. I then asked the driver if that was my food waiting in the pick area. She told the driver,” I got it” angrily as she then slowly moved to get my order, place it on the counter and walked away! She need a new job and the company need to invest in Customer Service training. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Food was cold upon arrival. My order was completely wrong.The Alfredo had no sauce. When you call you never get a team member the phone just rings. This location has poor customer service and should be closed down.
