I completed an online order on the Lee’s Chicken website on 1/22/26. When I arrived to the store, one of the male workers stated that they gave my order to someone else. I shared that I was the person who made the order, so I am not sure why they would have released the food. I asked if I could still have the order, just with Famous. After he said he would ask his manager, he said they could do it. I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 10 minutes. Another car was coming. I was asked to come to the front of the store. This was another 10 minutes, and still no food was brought. I drove around to the drive-thru again (the lobby area was closed at this time). The same male employee said, “I told you we gave your food to someone else”. I said that I understood that and was supposed to have a replacement order. He seemed frustrated by my response. I said that I was willing to take a refund. Since it was placed on Lee’s Chicken website, it could only be refunded online. I did ask to speak to the manager about the replacement order. A female employee with pink hair came and said she would make the replacement meal, with the Famous recipe (I was wondering how she could make it if my order was no longer there and she did not inquire what I had). I was handed the food in about 7 minutes-they did however not give me all the sides I was expected to have. What these young people didn’t know is that this was going to a family in need and I really hated to keep them waiting. I did submit a complaint form online and I hope someone reaches out-this is a training opportunity across the board for these young people.

Frist, no one greeted us at the drive thru..no hello, good evening, nothing…Everyone was looking angry. I believe good customer service is a thing of the past. We got dinner, a 5 piece chicken breast tender with potato wedges & broccoli pasta salad. The chicken tenders were small! We asked that they give us some new ones & they said we would have to wait 30 mins. We said ok, can we get some wings so we wouldn’t have to wait. Magically, they pulled 2 chicken strips out of a pan. They were small…she then said with an attitude, “They all small” but my daughter just got chicken tenders from a different location, so we know how they should look. Then, the potatoes wedges, were choppy & the pasta salad is now half the size & they didn’t even fill it up. We got 2 chicken pot pies, no chicken, all potatoes & it was 2 creamy….bad service, bad food quality & size. I know everything is going up but you don’t have to be nasty when your customer makes a legit complaint especially when we didn’t have one. We are spending our hard earned money

The moment I walked in I could see it was to be busy for just lunch. It was a radio station having a remote and it was packed the staff was great food was great (like always) atmosphere was great. My grandson and I had an awesome time.

Went through drive-through and once I got to the window they handed me part of my order and pulled me ahead because they were waiting on one item. The food they had given me was already incorrect so I had to go into the store and get that part fixed. After waiting 15 minutes additionally parked in drive-thru I went back into the store only to discover that they did not drop the part of the order that was missing. One of the people in the far back was just yapping on the phone the manager shaking their head at their workers offered me something free for my inconveniences refused and wanted my money back. I was more irritated at the situation. Order placed 1pm after going in a second time , I left the lot 1:23.

My mom used to love coming here as a cheap option to feed the kids, and I always loved it, so I decided to see if it’s still good tonight. Got an 8 piece combo and was very pleased with most of the food I got! The breading on the chicken was perfectly seasoned, and cooked to a perfect crispy golden brown. The chicken itself was a little dry but it’s fast food so I don’t expect a five star chef to be back there. I’m just glad it was fully cooked and seasoned to be honest. I ordered spicy, and I wish it was spicier. There was like barely any spice. But again, it still tasted great! The mac and cheese is pretty bad honestly but the mashed potatoes and gravy are really good, especially for fast food. Excited to try the corn next time.

All in all, a great meal for only $25, and plenty of leftover chicken for the week!

I thought Everything was fine until I got home to eat. One of the chickens was spoiled tasted really bad I had to spit it out quick.

They had to notice it was bad before frying it. This is the first time I ever had this problem/experience at this location? 2825 N Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63033.

I will have second thoughts before ever going back to this location. Too much going on with these fast food restaurants.

Never ever thought I would experience this. I’m not trying to get sick.

I just hope they do better for other customers that comes after me

I usually order online and I have never gotten my full order from this store. The staff usually acts like they are surprised that an order was put in. The food is usually pretty good when I get it, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering at this location again.

The worst customer service I have experienced! I went through drive thru and the person taking my order rushed me by saying “yeah, yeah, is that it?” I was absolutely astonished how disrespectful they were. The prices for one meal are comparable to the price one would pay at a fine dining restaurant. I will not go there again! I am actually thinking about putting in an application for management and getting that place running like it should.

The drive-thru service at Lee’s Chicken (2825 North Highway 67, Florissant, MO 63033) was absolutely awful. First, they claimed they had no chicken at all, then suddenly they did have chicken. While waiting, we could clearly see employees arguing about the chicken inside.

When we finally got to the window, we were told it would be a 30-minute wait for all chicken, which made no sense after being told different things earlier. I then waited over 10 minutes just for mashed potatoes and one apple turnover, which is unacceptable.

The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. This location desperately needs better training and management. I will never return to this location again.

Food is ALWAYS old and dry!! Lees in St Charles is always good. This location is the total opposite which is sad.

Also was charged 5 times for one meal. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager who advised me to call corporate. No apologies or anything. I will contacting my bank and reporting the fraudulent activities. Ppl check your accounts!!!
