My young son likes chicken strips from Raising Canes, and asked me to pick up a 6 piece combo on my way home.
He doesn’t eat coleslaw so I asked to substitute it for double fries.
The drive through had several cars. But I barely waited 5 minutes.
At the pick up window, Mr Carlos greeted me and inquired about the name on my order.
When he handed me the box, I opened it and saw very small amount of fries. Half of the amount received in the previous orders.
It was disappointing for small chicken strips and small amounts of fries I paid $19.46, the Caniac combo is overpriced.
I expressed my disappointment to Mr Carlos. He apologized, insisted and hand me extra fries.
He’s a true example of a Customer Service Excellence.
A while back, I had tasted this chicken once. It tasted good but it is not better than Publix Chicken strips.
It’s definitely not worth the price. Please see the photos.

It was my 1st time that we visited the establishment and it was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and I got the cup that glows in the dark. Also wanted to purchase the cancer plushie so I can put it on my grandma’s grave since she passed away from cancer. But they told me they had it no more I was sad. Food was good but the fries were super salty and they made us another batch.

I had a very disturbing experience at this Raising Cane’s location. I was there buying food for my two kids when I paid with a $100 bill, which the young cashier took to the back for a few minutes and then returned with a $50 and a $20 as my change. I didn’t think to check it at the time — you don’t expect to receive fake money from a national restaurant chain.
Days later, I discovered the $50 was counterfeit and contacted the store. The manager, Stephen, confirmed and verified the transaction and the exact change I was given, but then refused to take responsibility, saying he had “followed protocol.” That directly contradicts what I personally witnessed — if proper procedures were followed, this should never have happened.
Stephen was extremely unprofessional, unwilling to help, and showed a complete lack of basic human empathy about a situation that put me at real legal and financial risk. Because of how serious this was, I filed a police report, and the fake bill was confiscated and sent to the U.S. Secret Service.
This was stressful, unprofessional, and handled very poorly by management. I expected far better from Raising Cane’s.

I absolutely love this place! The chicken tenders are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly crispy. One of the things I appreciate the most is that no matter which location I visit, the food quality and customer service are consistently excellent. They really keep high standards. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves great chicken!

Convenient fast food chain that’s expanded rapidly nationwide , My first experience being in Las Vegas back in 2017. Happy to see them serving it up in South Florida , these tasty chicken tenders never disappoint. This location gets 4 stars only because my fries weren’t hot and the bread was somewhat cold however the young lady who took my order was very nice and attentive.

We all know the chicken is good but Angie was so sweet! They were slammed
for the holiday and she was nonstop bringing food out! There was a slight mixup but she made sure that I left with everything I ordered and something on the house. So sweet, hope I can work with her again next time! Management needs to do something about people parking in the mobile pickup spots to dine in. Caused a lot of confusion for the poor staff just trying to take food out.

I knew about this place because I attended a YELP event at this place. I got a three piece chicken tenders with coleslaw and french fries. The tea was perfect. I had to buy the jug. The food was delicious good and juicy. The relaxed atmosphere, combined with upbeat music, made the experience even more enjoyable.

When you go to this location and you use the drive-through the person that takes payment from you using the tablet make sure to ask them if they are assigned to take payments because today I had to pay twice for my meal when I got to the window to pick up my food the manager told me that she was not assigned to take payments so that I needed to pay for my food again and that the original charge will fall off in 2 to 3 business days. The manager didn’t even have the decency to offer me a coupon or anything for my next meal for the inconvenience, let’s see if the original charge does fall off as of now I have paid twice for one combo meal
