The manager is a young girl who doesn’t care about customers and is RUDE. We went in at 3:30pm on a Sunday for regular glazed donuts and they had NONE we ordered a drink instead we asked for a iced mocha caramel latte on the menu it has whipped cream and both drizzles and when we received it, it had none. We told the young guy that it wasn’t correct we told him it was missing the toppings so he took it back and that’s when the young rude manager came and yelled at me saying what did you want and I told her the item and she said that is what I made for you and I said no let me show you I pull up the picture and show her and she’s like ok it’s just missing the toppings and I said yes can you add them, she rolls her eyes and says that’s all you had to say and I said that’s exactly what I told the young men which is why he took it back there and she closes the window, when we get the drink back it tasted just like dark coffee with no ice and disgusting. I threw it away and will never be going back here again.

Came here Sunday at 8:35 PM. The store is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, but when I went inside, the shelves were already empty and employees were cleaning and putting things away. One of them told me they were “sold out” and basically done for the night.
I drove about 15 minutes to get here and wasted almost half an hour for nothing. If you’re going to stop serving customers this early, it should be clearly announced online or at the door. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The 5th time in a row I’ve come here to be told immediately that all they have left is glazed and 1 or 2 of another flavor. Why even stay open if you aren’t going to have any donuts? Wanted to surprise my kids for the season with some yummy treats but I guess I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. We love the donuts but that doesn’t help us when you never have any.

I Love Krispy Kreme but everytime I go to the one in knightdale, their hot machine is never working and the doughnuts never taste fresh. They seem to just put icing on them but they still aren’t hot compared to the other Krispy Kreme locations. I think they should fix their machine so they could start making hot doughnuts and they should also start getting fresher doughnuts because it shouldn’t taste stale the very next day. I spoke to the manager about this, and he ended up giving me another set of doughnuts which taste the exact same but at least he tried to make it right, so ill give them another chance.

I ordered 3 dozen donuts and my daughter went through the drive thru and they gave her the wrong order. She came all the way home and we realized the mistake then. I immediately called the store and spoke to the most rude, misogynistic man who was very condescending and patronizing. He told me that his store never gives the wrong order – 100% of the time and blamed it on my daughter. He said he couldn’t refund my money but would give me a free dozen of glazed donuts. My daughter went back and instead of a free dozen he gave her just 3 donuts because “they were busy and it would take 45 minutes to get a dozen”. I went online and tried to order a dozen just to see if they were available and surprise – they were!!! This man is an habitual liar and we will never, ever go back. Dunkin’ here we come!!!

Ordered the six pack of the classic donuts which is clearly listed on the website what donuts they come with. So I get the delivery order just fine and six donuts that I don’t even like. So evidently if they don’t have the donuts they’ll just put any of them in there. I don’t understand why a donut place doesn’t have more donuts.

Every time I go to this Krispy Kreme it’s the worst experience ever. A lot of times, I will go to the one downtown instead of this one that’s close to my house. The staff is very unprofessional and they barely ever have donuts. Also when the hot sign is on, their donuts are never hot. I’m not even sure how this place has a 3.5 as a rating. It really deserves a 2.0.

The workers are rude and disrespectful, manager is a young girl that doesn’t know how to be professional and calm in situations. They have a hot sign up but they’re donuts are not made fresh and they only warm they’re donuts up and sit them on the warming rack which is false advertisement. Ordered online and wanted a refund and the manager never apologized but the employee did and didn’t assist at all at getting my refund back.

So decided to stop by Krispy Kreme after church because I wanted something sweet. Little to my surprise I didn’t know I was going to be in for the longest wait ever. So I got into the drive thru line sat there for about 5min so then I said I’ll just go inside and to my knowledge the wait was No Better !!!! The restaurant was clean inside but the service was very very slow with no explanation to the customers as to why or how much longer the wait would be. The fast food restaurant Arby’s was serving people faster than Krispy Kreme and the had to cook their food . But never the less I wish that the quality of the service would get better with wait time other than that I would probably give them another to redeem themselves.
