Jen’s is our favorite place to grab a drink, a quick and delicious bite, and be around good people. The owner and her husband are incredible people who do a ton for the community and always treat thier patrons with respect and like each one of us are important to them. Everything on the menu is fantastic but the burgers are to die for! Bartender Carol is also amazing and is the highlight of our week! I’ve never felt more like family then I do when we’re at Jen’s!

What a fun and friendly place! Carol is a great bartender who truly made us feel welcomed along with the regulars. Jen has owned it for a year and the bathrooms are brand new and the entire kitchen is getting remodeled. There are plenty of TVs for watching the games. Glad we stopped in and will again next time we’re in the area.

Jen’s is such a cute place! The servers are kind, interactive and attentive. The food is always good, awesome specials throughout the week. Highly recommend this cozy bar!

This place definitely needs help. It is understaffed. The bartender, i assume was Jen was very un attentive and overwhelmed. She walked past us multiple times helping others around us and even those that arrived after us. We waited for 20 minutes before we were ever acknowledged or helped and that is because another guests finally told hwr we were waiting as we were right next to the guest who arrived way after us and was immediately given drinks. We live in Fredonia and thought we would give something local our money for dinner and drinks. We will never go back. It definitely appears that the regulars get the attention and everyone else gets lost and overlooked in the crowd. After finally placing our order, the drinks seemed week, it took 45 minutes to get our food, again those after us received their food as we waited.The young teenage girl who served our food seemed lost. Every question we asked, she replied i don’t know. Our order was wrong and she didn’t seem to care. She seemed very lost. This place definitely needs work. Again staff seems overwhelmed and inattentive. New guests are made to feel like they should not be visiting the place. No apologies and no care at all.

Jen’s Place is a clean, modern pub with a small town appeal. We enjoyed dining there and had a choice of many burgers and sandwiches. Our selections were yummy! Yes, and the bathrooms were also equipped and clean.

Jen is a hard-working young woman who purchased an existing business (Barb’s Place, Fredonia. WI) after working there and learning the business. She has made it her own. Customers are her friends and extended family. It is a pub and grill with good food and drinks. Many specials for lunch. During the day, it is family friendly. Evenings bring karaoke, live entertainment, and lots of fun for adults.

Been to Jen’s place about 3 times now since she opened. Had my 51st bday party there for karokee and it was so fun! Then went for her 1 year anniversary and the last time was NYE, me and 14 friends met there b4 our annual dinner…super uber busy all 3xs! Jen’s doin’ it right!!!
