1/7/26 6:30am visit was terrible. I was met by a rude female burger king employee at the drive thru. I had a simple request. Could I please have a water? All we have is bottled water. This was a lie. Their beverage machine in the front of the store has a water dispenser. I asked for her to please get water from there. She then doubled down saying the button was broken (it’s not). And that she would not go to the lobby for that water. There was no other customers in the drive thru so the employees laziness was apparent. I had to wait 30mins until the lobby opened to get a simple water. The store manager backed this decision. So in my opinion it’s worth it to drive to the Burger King on Columbia or sw capital. This one is absolutely the worst one in Battle Creek Michigan

I order the same thing every time so I don’t have much to say about the different burgers and other items they offer. I can tell you that their Chicken Fries are really good as long as they make them fresh. In case you don’t know, if you ask for your food to be made fresh they are supposed to do exactly that and make your food fresh. Now expect to be waiting longer, but you will have Fresh fast food. Ok so, other than the Chicken Fries I order a Hamburger and a Vanilla Shake. They have really good shakes. They also have pretty good deals every day, for example: it’s called the $5/Duo. There’s several different items to choose from so check it out sometime. I know that if I’m going to eat at a fast food burger place it’s almost always Burger King. One last awesome thing about Burger King is they are open 24hours.

Service was amazing. Stopped in 10/16/25 between 11:30-12:30 ish. Ask if they would by chance grab the scooby doo toy for the kids meal and they did! We really appreciate it, my toddler loves scooby.

Burger King on West Michigan sucks!!! Haven’t ate Burger King in years.. decided to splurge and let me tell you, we will not be back again. Ordered 16 nuggets.. received 11, ordered no mayo on 1 burger, it was loaded with mayo, another burger ordered no ketchup, so much ketchup the paper was soaked in it. What’s the point in making modifications when they just make it the way they want anyway. Definitely have it THEIR way not YOUR way. What a waste of $40 as no one liked their food.

Why don’t you fix the heater in the playroom? It’s been broke for at least 3 years…. I’ve Asked management why they don’t fix it …and they say corporate does not want to fix it. They’re not going to fix it …. they don’t care ( clearly)…. They could at least leave the door open out there 24/7 so some heat would get out there or put a space heater out there…(And don’t give me the lie of an excuse…. It’s a liability if you have a space heater out there… because I guarantee you if it was cold in the restaurant there would be a space heater in there…or they would call and get it fixed…
And it doesn’t matter anyways. There’s no excuse for it to be broke that long…

Rodeo burger had sauce only on one side which had gotten all over the wrapper. No napkins. Staff was arguing. It’s BK. Still beat McDonald’s though, even if just barely.

Breakfast at Burger King for the first time was a pleasant experience I ordered 2 of there 2 for 5$ croissant or biscuit sandwiches, the egg was right off the egg cooker my hash browns were hot and delicious and all of my sandwiches were hot ready and delicious.
